Pork steaks are incredibly tasty and easy to do. Also on the cheaper scale of things to cook. Marinated in Blues Hog Tennessee red and then coated in Blues Hog Original dry rub. Flame kissed to an internal temp of 145. If you haven’t done these do yourself solid and get to cooking these!

Forecast isn’t looking good for us to cook. Barbecue takes a lot of time and preparation and unfortunately once we start cooking we can’t pack up and go home without taking a big loss. We made the decision based on the forecast to withdrawal from tonight’s pool party. This saddens us tremendously. We apologize and hope you all understand.

In honor of the Masters Tournament this weekend. Here’s my take on what I’d serve at the players dinner. Homemade pimento cheese spread on a cast iron skillet fried chicken. And rinse it down with a Arnie Palmer! I’d put these up against a Scottie slider any day of the week!
