Evelyn Francesca Events and Design started with a passion and has grown into a full time event planning company. Although Evelyn has done nearly 150 weddings, the passion is still their for her clients and each event!

Happy New Year! We took off December from meeting but I sure do miss everyone after Friendsgiving. I want you to put these dates on your calendars now so you won’t schedule meetings! It’s important that you make the time to come monthly to build relationships and continue to grow in your business. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for you all! As we wrap up 2024 and head into 2025, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all those who have supported me personally and professionally this year. It was a year of major risks but with that came considerable growth. I now have two business babies and I couldn’t be happier. My first one being Evelyn Francesca Events, and I will continue wedding planning while also having my second . Three Sixteen Studio and Events is a dream of mine come true. God opened every door for that and seeing the success shows me that if God opens the door, no man can close it. I can’t wait to see what happens in 2025 with both of them, and to the people I get to meet because of them. I look forward to continuing my relationships I have built in the industry and seeing them grow too. I am already looking forward to Friendsgiving 2025! If we haven’t had the opportunity to meet yet, message me, let’s make that happen!

I am so excited for our first annual Friendsgiving born out of our monthly Better Together networking event. I have always wanted to build community and have a place to host everyone. BETTER TOGETHER: I am so excited to announce I have wanted to do for years. Education and community have always been a passion of mine and now I officially have my own space to host this in. So every third Tuesday of the month 10am-12pm we will gather at to network and enjoy each other’s company. There will be food, drinks and education as well. I have the first two dates tickets up for purchase. Julys event will be mainly networking and catching up while August’s event will be a panel of venue planners and wedding planners to answer your questions about expectations and getting on those lists! In 2009 I started my wedding planning company. Pre marriage and pre kids. My vision for this was so I can own a company that let me be home with my kids the majority of the time while also allowing me to do something I love. I’ve wanted to be a mother since I was a young kid. I dreamed of it and built a life around that hope and dream. Here I am with three beautiful girls and a business that allows me to be their mother first. I am beyond grateful to be their mother and wouldn’t trade the crazy days for anything.

INTRODUCING: Three Sixteen Studio and Events. This has been a long time dream of mine two fold. One is to have a large office to meet couples and host masterminds and month vendor meet ups ✅ to own an event space ✅ this space checks both those off and I am beyond thrilled this opportunity came up. There was a building called Kidsville in Carlsbad that I’ve taken my kids to for the last eight years. Everytime I stepped foot in the building, I’d think “I want this building” I don’t know for what but eight years later God opened a door. Here we are! Now, it’s not a kids play space but more an adult play space! What the space is:
1. There is a large office that can be rented out by anyone to meet clients or host meetings up to 10 people. There is even an area for hair and makeup vendors to do trials. My co-owner will be meeting her brides there too!
2. There is a lounge area that is perfect for meeting groups that don’t need desk space but want a more cozy vibe.
3. There will be a co-corking space as well for people to work. We will have a stoked kitchen for waters/coffee/snacks included in the drop in fee
4. Then for the large area, this is perfect for all events from corporate meetings, to classes, to bridal/baby showers and birthdays endless opportunities. You can bring in your own rentals, food and alcohol.
5. Photoshoot space: we have a large area that will be white top to bottom for photographers to book out. You can style it or use just white backdrop.

My awesome co-owners- and then of course my husband 😃 we are very excited. Message me if you want to come tour and get your event on the books! Will be opening in 4-6 weeks!
