Are you passionate about floral design and ready to bring your creativity to life? Fleur d’Elegance is seeking an Experienced Part-Time Floral Assistant to join our team and help us craft beautiful arrangements that delight our customers!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with flower processing, including trimming, conditioning, and organizing fresh flowers.
Support floral designers in creating custom bouquets and intricate floral arrangements.
Handle customer orders with care and professionalism, ensuring excellent service.
Help maintain inventory, unpack deliveries, and ensure flowers and supplies are well-stocked.
Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist with packaging and coordinating deliveries for special events, weddings, and large orders.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a floral shop or a similar environment is required.
Knowledge of floral care, flower types, and design techniques.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Creative, organized, and capable of taking initiative.
