Rhys Vineyards Winemakers Dinner ✨

Join us for an evening of fine wines from the Santa Cruz Mountains with an interactive discussion led by head winemaker Jeff Brinkman. These award winning wines are made with a minimalist approach and cellared in their 30,000 sq foot cave.

Both organic and biodynamic approaches are used to create these dynamic wines inspired by Burgundy and known for their layered aromatics and polished structures.

pisoni estate • february 6th

earlier this week we visited the Santa Lucia Highlands to finalize details for our upcoming wine dinner and learn from the highly knowledgeable Mark Pisoni.

These vineyards were the first planted in the area which is now its very own AVA. The unique soil here, once thought useless for growing, is a huge part of their success, says Mark. The cool mornings and nights and abundant fog paired with gentle sun is also extremely helpful. The Pisoni family are great stewards of this land and are certified for sustainability.

we love hosting for the holidays & are lucky to be serving Périgord truffles from Willamette Valley this evening! foraged by the one and only 🐾🐾

these delicacies are being cultivated right here on the west coast and we bring them in as often as we can

keep an eye out for truffle specials throughout winter. all these storms are sure to bring more mushrooms and truffles 🌧️
