We’ve been a little quiet with all things moving, but don’t worry, we’re still at it!! 🧀🧀 We had the privilege of creating this grazing table on Saturday on boards our clients dad made special for their big day! 🥹🤍

⭐️We are moving!! Through tomorrow (Friday) we will be moving out of our space at City Center and into our new kitchen!

We will NOT be able to answer any phone calls due to being in and out of the store and the hectic nature of moving. Please email any questions to [email protected] and we will get back to you over the next couple days.

‼️BIG News!! We’re moving!! But don’t worry, we aren’t moving far! Keep reading to find out all the deets ⬇️

🥳We’re excited to take our partnership with .828 to the next level and work from their space here in Carmel! Here are some questions you may have and the answers:

➡️When are you moving?
We’ll be moved and operating out of BASH on Friday, September 13th, so soon!!

➡️I have an order placed for the 13th or later. Does that change anything for me?
Your orders are still on our calendar, no worries! If there are any scheduling changes we will be reaching out directly to you and, no matter what, will send reminders of the location change.

➡️How are pickups and deliveries going to work moving forward?
We are going to do pickups from BASH in 15 minute increments between 9am and 10am. We are going to have to sticklers on pick up times moving forward! 😜 We’ll then do deliveries between 10am and noon. Custom deliver times will be available upon request and availability.

➡️Can I still book a Grazing Table for my upcoming event?
YES! We will continue to do Grazing Tables and encourage you to book soon if you have an event yet within 2024! (Link in bio!)

➡️Can I still order same day?
No, sorry! 😢 Celebration Boards and XL Party Boards will still need a 48 hour lead time. Anything smaller will need to be submitted by noon the day prior. **this is a general rule of thumb. Depending on current orders we may have to cut off orders earlier (especially holidays) so please get your orders in when you can!**

3 years // 1 year 🍾

Today is a BIG day to celebrate here!! July 1st marks two anniversaries for me, Emily. Both the start of 317 Charcuterie AND my wedding anniversary 🧀🤍

Today 317 Charcuterie turns T H R E E!! 🤯 And it’s all thanks to all of you who continue to show up and support us day in and day out 🫶 some of you have been here since day 1 and… I’m going to start crying typing this 🥹❤️ We have some really big changes coming in year 4 and we hope you’ll continue to follow along and support this small biz dream!!

It’s also my O N E year wedding anniversary!! 💒 It’s absolutely mind blowing to me that this magical day was already a year ago 🤍 Is our cake we froze going to be any good you think? 😆

‼️If you haven’t seen our stories, we are experiencing email and website issues! Please call or text 317.564.0034 with any questions or to place orders until further notice. We are still open our posted hours on Google (*last call 30 mins prior to closing time)!!

Unfortunately, without proper communication, Google sold all domains to Squarespace and we are now locked out of renewing our domain which includes email access.

To make matters more complicated, I, Emily am on a family cruise with the inability to make any phone calls and have spotty WiFi service.

I and the 317 Charcuterie team deeply appreciate your patience answering support. We are really hoping to be able to resolve this issue soon!! 🙏
