I had to share the uniqueness of this cake topper A+J found. 2 miniature adirondack chairs, one with a veil, one with a top hat, and a fishing pole between them. It also included the miniature battery operated campfire ring. The porcelain bride and groom were a family heirloom and added the finishing touch.

I love this photo of Abby’s genuine laughter. To see her so relaxed and in the arms of the man she loves makes my heart so full. This is why I love my job so much. Knowing I was a small part of her being able to relax and enjoy each moment is invaluable to me.

Seth Parker Celebration of Life June 4th

2pm until 8:30pm (sunset ) at the Harding property (54540 Highway 1).

This will be a free-flowing (i.e. no “schedule”) family-friendly event and I hope everyone who knew and loved Seth can come! Please feel free to share this invitation.

There will be a Memory Book for you to share a story, memory, or anything you’d like. Please bring this already written (if you can) and we will have supplies to glue it in the book.

Also, there is an ancient bronze sculpture of a sea turtle with a sack on its back at the property. For important ceremonies in certain cultures this is used for building a fire inside and burning a letter you have written to a loved one who has passed on. Anyone who wishes to participate please write your letter to Seth before you arrive so that you may place it in the fire. We will also have writing supplies on hand for those who may wish to do this in the moment.

I’d like to have some printed and displayed and also we are working on a slide show so please send anything you have!

We will use the hashtag so that you can tag any photos you’d like to share of Seth from the past and also from the event in June.

The Big Sur Marathon takes place this Sunday and the entire 24 miles are views of endless mountains and ocean. Early morning fog most likely will blanket the coast for a bit but the sun will beat it back revealing a beautiful blue sky and a view that seeps into your soul and never really leaves. We wish all the runners a safe day and enjoy those views!
