Villa Barone Hilltop Manor deserves more than a 5 star review. I can't even put into words how they exceeded all of our expectations. Our wedding was absolutely PERFECT thanks to these amazing people. First off, walking through those doors, you get treated like family with such a warm welcome. Nicky and Vinny were a pleasure to work with. They made sure all of our requests were met and made so many accommodations for us! Robert was our Maître D and HOLY SMOKES - amazing is not even the word! He knows what he is doing! Everything ran so smoothly, and Robert made sure we did not stress about a single thing. Melissa was the Bridal Attendant and was absolutely perfect. She made sure we were well taken care of. Melissa and Robert are the dream team!
Those last few days of wedding planning were completely stress free because VBHM is THAT GOOD - truly amazing!! We are still getting compliments from friends and family about how amazing the wedding reception was. Not to mention, the food was delicious - from cocktail hour, to the entrée, dessert and wedding cake, all absolutely delicious! I wish I could go back and relive this perfect day. I will look for any reason to book Villa Barone Hilltop Manor for my events!

Best day ever!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely amazing! The food was great and the staff was all so friendly and helpful. The bridal attendant, Melissa, was outstanding and helped me with everything all night! I would definitely recommend Villa Barone Hilltop Manor to anyone getting married!

My husband and I wanted to extend our gratitude for making our special day one we will not forget! The venue was absolutely amazing from cocktail hour, the overall service, the main event in the ballroom and everything in between. Everything was perfect and you made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day! Everyone is still raving how amazing it was and how delicious the food was!

A special thank you to all three of you (and Rob) who went above and beyond to make us truly feel like family and we cannot thank you enough.

Everything was Perfect!

From the moment we first visited Hilltop Manor, we knew we were in good hands. Nick was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable, made wonderful recommendations, and thought of every detail. Villa Barone Hilltop Manor exceeded our every expectation, from the service to the food and everything in between. All of our guests were so impressed with the delicious food and accommodating staff. My husband and I just had our wedding at the Villa on July 12th 2024. To say we had the time of our lives is an understatement! We could not be more happy with our choice to have our wedding ceremony and reception at the Villa. From start to finish our day was over the top AMAZING and PERFECT! We cannot thank the amazing staff and owners who made our entire day/ night a dream come true. From our maître d’ to my bridal consultant -Melissa, they made sure everything we needed, we got! They made sure we had a drink in our hand the entire night and made every transition so smooth. If you’re thinking of having your wedding at the Villa DO IT! You will NOT be disappointed! We had the most incredible wedding experience at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor on May 10th, 2024. From the very beginning, planning and organizing our special day with their staff was a breeze. They were attentive, caring, and truly dedicated to making our wedding day perfect.

The food served was absolutely amazing; our guests couldn't stop raving about it! Having the ceremony on-site was a dream come true for us, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.

Melissa, our wedding attendant, was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed throughout the day. The entire team at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor was incredibly organized, and it truly showed in every aspect of our wedding.

Our guests had a fantastic time, enjoying both the beautiful venue and the impeccable service provided. We are so grateful to Villa Barone Hilltop Manor for creating such wonderful memories for us and our loved ones. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a perfect wedding experience.

We had the best experience with Villa Barone!! Both my husband and I are from out of state (North Carolina) but I always knew I wanted to get married in NY (where I’m from). When we met with Nicky to tour the venue he was able to help us envision our wedding at the Villa Barone and every aspect of the day that we wants. Being from out of town we were definitely worried about any little details that could slip away from us with being so far away. We even considered getting a wedding planner but ultimately did not and I am so happy we did not spend money on a planner! Nicky and his team were always available to answer all of our questions leading up to the wedding. They were always quick to respond and provided us with tons of vendor recommendations. On the day of the wedding the staff was beyond amazing. There was never a moment of doubt from any of the staff and you could tell this wasn’t their first time doing this. Our guests were also amazed with the flow of the event and seamless transition to each part of our wedding. Every time we returned to our seats we had another drink waiting for us. It was like the staff could read our mind and we never had to ask for anything. All of our guests were blown away from the amount and quality of food. We had so many guests rave about the waiters walking around after the entrees were served with the entrees for the guests to have seconds or try another entrée (this also sold my husband on the Villa Barone during our tour). The wedding cake was not only beautiful but so also delicious!! We decided on vanilla cake with chocolate mousse and Oreos - it was such a fun combination! We also had our after party at the Villa Barone and it was so fun! The room was beautifully decorated and our guests loved the option to dance or hang out by the bar and chat. The DJ created such a great vibe for our late night party and played such fun music. The buffet (boneless wings, sliders, fries) all tasted so good! Our guests could not stop eating (even though they were so full). Overall I cannot recommend the Villa Barone enough as a wedding venue! The staff made us feel so special on our wedding day and their attention to detail was beyond what we could have imagined. The amount of compliments we received from our guests was overwhelming and showed that not only did we believe our wedding day was amazing but our guests also felt all the amazing aspects of our day. It was truly the most amazing day and we are so thankful to the Villa Barone and their incredible staff!! If you are considering having your wedding here - DO IT!! You will not regret it and will so happy with your decision!!!

Our June 1st 2024 Wedding

Villa Barone Hilltop Manor was the only venue that offered us a drink and made us feel like family as soon as we walked in the door.

The property is huge and BEAUTIFUL. I was pretty much sold when I saw the Tivoli room, but once Nicky showed us the outdoor ceremony space on the stairs with the fountain in the background, it literally took my breath away.
The venue is impeccably maintained and constantly being updated, nothing in the place looks stale. It’s a family business and you can tell they all take pride in it.
They even purchased a lakefront property down the street so that their clients have a beautiful backdrop for photos.

They walk you through the whole planning process, providing us with DJ’s, photographers & florists that they frequently work with so narrowing that down was a breeze. Vinny was always quick to answer my menial questions any time of day and that put my mind at ease. Vinny kept me sane.

After our ceremony they moved us away from the crowd so we could take a break and eat in peace before cocktail hour. Their food is beyond amazing. By the time we got to the reception we were actually full. They have their own pastry chefs and dessert was to die for. You MUST do the Viennese hour.

The maître d’ Robert and bridal attendant Sophia were by our sides all night for anything we needed. We didn’t need to do any thinking throughout the night because they were there ushering us through. Robert directed us around like he was marshalling a plane, literally guiding our every step for the ceremony, reception entrance and Viennese entrance.

Honestly, you don’t need to worry about anything with VBHM, there is no other place like it. My husband and I had no idea what we were doing, but they turned our dream into our day.

From the planning process to the big day, the team at VBHM was amazing! They were extremely helpful with any questions I had. The venue is gorgeous! The best ever!!!!

Thank you thank you thank you to the best venue you could ever have for your wedding. We were lucky to have our wedding here on 04.13.2024 and we still can't stop talking about the excellent service and food. Villa has great service from how they treat guests to how attentive they were to my husband and I all night on our special day. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT job HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This venue totally knows what they are doing from the mouth watering delicious food to the attention all around....they were just above and beyond.

We had our wedding at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor and we had the most unforgettable experience! There are so many things that truly sets them apart from other venues. Their staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The food is OUTSTANDING-- our guests are still raving about it! They have the best service-- from the owners, Maitre D, bridal attendant, to the waiters-- and they truly commit to making the experience perfect for their bride and groom. Not only did they make sure we ate enough at our reception (which is often a struggle for brides and grooms!), but we had a drink waiting for us at our table every time we went to sit down. I was able to enjoy myself fully because I had complete trust in them, and they exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Thank you to the entire team at Villa Barone Hilltop for making our wedding day the best day of our lives. We highly recommend having your wedding at their beautiful venue!
