We specialize in classic, colorful, traditional styles and work with the bride throughout her entire day. We know just how crazy such a big day can be for our couples, so we have worked tirelessly to perfect our process and make sure everyone is comfortable and confident every step of the way. We help you schedule your day - logging your photo list and managing the tasks necessary to avoid any last-minute surprises that would take away from you and your partner’s big day. Our initial consultation allows us to curate your wedding day and focus on your desired visuals, step by step. It is important for us to prioritize your wants and needs, and we focus on planning your day entirely around you, so you can focus on cherishing every bit of every moment. InFocus Love Studio operates out of Carmichael, CA and provides packages for both wedding photography and videography. Our talented team enjoys every second of our craft and cannot wait to collaborate with you to make your special day sparkle even brighter for the rest of time. Our mission is to establish trust with our clients, as we know just how important this precious day is for you and your partner. Outside of the Studio, our team has a few kids and fur kids that we can trust to always and forever bring more joy, laughs, and fun to our group. We love sushi, Thai, and Indian food, which complement our family backgrounds and culture. We are a family-oriented team who genuinely looks to add the special touches and thoughtful details that help our couples relive their big day forever, whether video or photo, so they can carry these moments with them forever, no matter the time or place. Our Story

The first question I always get asked is why 5 Star? It’s a rather generic name some say! It has nothing to do 5 star ratings or 5 star service, though we have both. 30 years ago my mother started a business called 5 Star Demonstration Service with a few hundred dollars and a dream. She made that dream successful and always had a place for the family within the business. Today I want to carry on that dream, vision and keep the name alive and in the family for my children to use when the time comes for them. Family means everything! My wife and I were supposed to be partners in this business. This has been tricky because of her pregnancy and now we have little boys running amuck. Until she’s completely able to come back and shoot I’m using good friends of mine who are Academy of Arts graduates who have regular jobs. Good people with good attitudes equal a winning wedding film and experience. That’s the 5 Star experience! “From our family to yours” as I like to say. Now you know the meaning of this saying and our business name. We hope to have the chance to build a wonderful relationship providing you and your family, not just your wedding day needs but film and photography needs over the years. A little more about the history of 5 Star Wedding Films. You might have heard of 5 Star Video from 10 years ago. I started the wedding video company in my mid 20’s with a successful 6 years in business producing over 100 wedding videos. Wanting to learn more about film, I sold off my equipment and left for film school overseas where I worked on features, shorts, commercials, and more while shooting on the most advanced cameras. I worked with some amazing professionals that helped me sculpt my craft helped me excel in lighting and audio creativity. After film school and arriving back in Sacramento I went to work taking gigs on features, commercials, television shows, and various corporate videos. I worked on projects like SMOSH, number one youtube channel, Jiffy L**e, CalTrans, Unique Eats, Unique Treats, and more.
