Coy and Ruth,
From all of us, At Firewheel Town Village thank you so very much for catering such a wonderful holiday meal! The meatloaf was a perfect solution to whether or not to have turkey or ham since everybody will be eating turkey and ham and personally I love your meatloaf!! Also, I got one of two pieces that were left!
The beans and the mashed potatoes were just as good but let me tell you those cornbread muffins tasted like cornbread cupcakes. They just melt in my mouth! Everyone had a great time! I had a guest and she also really enjoyed the food!
Many many thanks for all the work that you put in during the holidays and all year round!
