I have about 6 quarts of the White Chili with Chicken leftover! It’s delicious!

Good Morning Facebook Friends!
Just a quick favor before we talk about this week. Please share our page now. It’s helping us so much with new customers by you all sharing. So Thank you so much.
Now this week is one of my favorite weeks of the year! Superbowl Sunday which we celebrated last week. Thanks to all who picked up the dinners and then we move right into Valentine Day! So look for lots of sweets this week.
And of course February is the sweetest month of the year so everyone is allowed to indulge a little bit into a sweet treat. Not only are we cooking up lots of sweet treats , this weeks menus are just as sweet.
These menus are definitely all sweet enough to say happy Valentine’s!

Brad and I have stopped going out on Valentine’s because Restaurants are full, service is bad and food is definitely over priced. So we usually just celebrate at home and pick a non commercial weekend to go out to dinner. This year we’re having friends over and serving the Thursday Menu. It’s just perfect for a special occasion.
I’m getting ahead of myself though so we’ll start with Monday. We’re doing our Chicken Marsala.It’s such a delicious meal. Made with tender Chicken Breast smothered in Marsala with tons of earthy mushrooms. Sitting on a bed of pasta. The perfect dinner.
Tuesday I have a perfect dinner planned. It’s going to get cold and be rainy. I know on cold rainy nights nothing is better than a dinner of comfort food.
Have y’all ever had a Cowboy Casserole ? Layers of ground meat, potatoes and cheddar topped with crispy bacon. It’s so so good. Adding a side of Steak house creamed corn ( yum) and a yummy Cheesecake Bars for dessert.
Wednesday is another winner winner Pork Loin Dinner. Pork Roulade one of our all time favorites Suffed with cornbread dressing and severed up on a big bed of dressing topped with gravy. Yum! Such a great dinner.
Then Thursday I’m doing a Sweetheart Dinner. Perfectly fancy for a celebration.
I’m getting in fresh flounder filets stuffing them with Crab and Shrimp and serving with a Lobster cream sauce. Add a Wedge Salad and a baked
Potato. Perfect! Then finish with a decadent sweet treat! Everything is so good this week!

Dinners to Go are prepared daily Monday thur Thursday. Pick up is 4:45 till 6:15.
We accept Cash and Credit
We deliver to homes and businesses located within a 3.5 miles radius of our commercial kitchen located at 1848 East Rosemeade in Carrollton.
Meals are prepared for 2 and are valued priced at 30.00

We also have a Grab and Go case that is stocked daily with Soups,Salads, Sandwiches, Entrees, Sweets and lots more. The Grab and Go is available anytime during our store hours.
We are open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 till 6:15.

Not sure if this is any indication of how the game will go but we definitely kept score this week! Based on our Dinners to Go The Chiefs are going to be the big winners! How did we come to this ridiculous conclusion? Philly Cheesesteak Dinner got crushed with 86 total orders while Kansas City Chiefs Barbecue Dinner ran away with 134 orders. I guess you could say it was a blowout!

Ok! Let’s talk about food! We made it out of January and now are in the early stages of Texas Spring time. Oh how I love ❤️ the month of February ! So much going on! We start the month off celebrating Brad’s Birthday, then it’s Super Bowl, then it’s Valentines and it just keeps getting better from there. Days are getting longer and I always feel like we’ve emerged from the darkness! So let’s have a party!
Monday we start the week with family favorite!
Our Parm Crusted Chicken Breast. All paired with the perfect sides. And because it’s February we’re taking our desserts very seriously! Red Velvet Chocolate Cherry Cake.

Tuesday is an oh La La menu just a little French! Everyone knows how much we love ❤️ French food and again it’s the Month of ❤️!
So grab a bottle red wine set the table with linens and a candle and enjoy a romantic dinner this week on Tuesday! Yes a romantic dinner on a school night. I’m already dreaming about these French Onion Meatballs smothered
with Caramelized onions and topped with a Swiss Cheese. And dessert the decadent Cream Burlee Bar. Tres doux!

And we can’t let this week go by without talking about the Big Super Bowl Sunday! I’m so excited! The 2 teams I was hoping for all year are in it! Why are these 2 teams my favorite! Ah best food cities hands down for a tailgate!
So of course we’re doing a Philly Day and a Kansas City Day.

Wednesday will be a classic Philadelphia Day. You can’t go to Philadelphia without doing a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich! And we are so excited to have an excuse to make one. And you can’t think about the Eagles without Jason Kelce leading the team! But now that he’s retired I just wonder who he’s rooting for for! I know one thing he’s always up for is Mama Kelces famous Chocolate Chip Cookies! They even sell them at the stadium.Yes we’re making them for you on Wednesday!

Thursday we wrap up the week with KC BBQ! And it’s also Brad’s Birthday and this is what he wanted to cook. Who doesn’t love a smoked meat plate and Brad Parr’s ribs? According to to my KC sources we have the perfect KC dinner planned for you. And by the way if you didn’t know at our house we are Huge KC fans and Huge Taylor Swift fans. So dessert will be Taylor Swifts homemade Cinnamon Rolls. If you’re not a Taylor fan you might not know that she has a passion for baking and a passion for the Kansas City Chiefs! It’s rumored that on game days she bakes up her famous cinnamon rolls for the whole team! So we’re using her recipe and baking them up for you.

It’s going to be a spectacular week! And we are so happy February has arrived! Every night this week is going to to be delicious!

Good Morning Facebook Friends!
Once again please please share our page to help get the word out about our Little Family Business.
We’ve almost made it through January! For me it’s pretty much the never-ending month of the year. But here we are at the finish line.
I think we should celebrate! I’ve already started! Brought out all the Valentines Decorations yesterday! My house looks like a love shack! I have a huge Candy Box collection and Glass hearts. I love it all so much. I can hardly wait to start filling up the Grab and Go with sweet Valentines treats!

But we do have this last week to finish up and I am so excited about the seriously delicious menus we will be whipping up this week. Everyday is just well pretty special. If I had to pick a favorite it would probably be Monday or maybe Tuesday because you know I love French inspired food. But then there is Wednesday and gosh I love everything about that menu and then you can’t ignore a great Italian dinner on Thursday. It’s really hard to decide a favorite.. I’m happy I’m going to bring a dinner home every night because I love ❤️ them all.

So let’s get into it!
Monday I’m still definitely not tired of Soup and although I made a million gallons last week I still have a few favorites that I haven’t made this Winter.
And a lot of you have never got to try my Giant Wonton Soup! It’s so good!
Monday we’re doing sort of an Asian Fusion/Hawaiian! Complete with Analisa’s Egg Rolls! Such a yummy Meal!

Tuesday nothing is better on a Winter night than a French Bistro Dinner.
Wednesday hey It’s Mardi Gras Season and we haven’t done Cajun in like forever! Yes we’re all ready for some meat pies but this weeks Cajun menu is extremely special. I’m making a Rice Dressing something I just recently learned about. OMG I literally dreamed about this dish after I tried it at a celebration of life I attended in Louisiana. My Dear Friend Mary Coco Nuss has given me her recipe and I’m praying mine taste as good as hers. You don’t want to miss it!
Then Thursday we wrap up January with a mini Italian feast!
The whole week is just going to be top notch Dinners!
