It’s all about the eclair today! We’re at the store early baking and making the scrumptious pastry cream to fill the eclair shells!
Reminds me of why I love Paris so much! Those smells wafting through the air in the morning coming from the many Patisserie’s and the smell of Espresso brewing!

We’re celebrating National Chocolate Eclair Day tomorrow! Okay, so we’re fashionably late, but who’s counting? The point is we get to drool over one of the world’s most divine desserts – and my absolute fave French treat! We’re whipping up two flavors! The Classic with a Diplomat Cream Filling or European Chocolate Filling. They’ll be ready after 1:30. If you want to grab a few, let me know! They’re a steal at $4.00 each – way cheaper than a ticket to Paris!

Happy Sunday Facebook Friends!
We’ve had a wonderful Summer weekend! 2 catering events and 1 big Dinner Party at our home. So fun cooking and sharing what I love to do with clients and friends. I just feel so lucky that I get to do what I love doing every day!

So this week we’re cooking up some more fabulous fun Summer Dinners.
Starting off with Monday. I think some of you know we went to Galveston last weekend and we had some really good Cajun food. I just can’t stop thinking about how delicious it was. I was so inspired I even did a Cajun themed Menu last night for our party. Everything was so good. And I still want more!

So tomorrow we’re doing Cajun! Meat Pies, Red Beans and Sausage,Bread Pudding the whole Cajun experience! I’m even going to make a huge pot of Gumbo for our Soup of the day. It’s been a minute since we did Cajun and well it’s time.

Tuesday we’re doing a Summer Supper! Outside picnic!
Keeping it fresh and delicious and putting our Spin on America’s favorite Burger the Cheese Burger.

Wednesday I’m still thinking about that Galveston trip and those delicious Gulf Shrimp we had while we were there. Let’s make Scampi with Spaghetti! What’s better on a Summer Night than a Shrimp Dinner?

Thursday we’re doing Brad’s pulled Pork. We’re catering 3 or 4 parties next weekend and everyone is requesting BBQ! So we’re just going to make enough for Dinners on Thursday since we already have the smoke box smoking! Add to that some Summer time sides and you have another
Perfect Summer Supper.
We can’t wait to cook all this wonderful stuff. So get your orders in early and relax next week. We’re cooking your Dinner.

We accept cash and credit
We deliver to homes or businesses located within a 3.5 mile radius of our commercial kitchen.
Meals are value priced at only 30.00 for 2 dinners
We are open daily Monday through Thursday from 11:30 till 6:15
In addition to Dinners to Go we also offer full service catering for any and all occasions. Big or small we cater for all.

If you want to just come in and Grab something to Go for Lunch or Dinner we have our handy Grab and Go case. Stocked daily with Soups,Salads, Sandwiches, Entrees, Sweets, Quiches,Charcuterie and lots more.The Grab and Go is available anytime during our store hours.

Look what we’re cooking up! Tacos seriously is there a more perfect food? We’re all about Tacos and not to brag but our tacos are off the chain! This meal is a party!
