What an amazing feeling to be recognized and honored in such a special way.
Family and friends gathered to celebrate YOUR day.
Including activities for the younger with musical chairs.
Friends dancing in your honor.
This makes it worth being a hostess !

ITS TIME again for an update.
The updates were to bring you in on the excitement of “ change” !

Construction is two-sided.🤔
Mixed with so much anticipation, hope for the better, accomplishments, growth and again EXCITEMENT!😊

Then… there is, dependence, weather working conditions, material delays, the clean up 😩 and again the CLEANUP! 🤦‍♀️

It’s a NEW YEAR, NEW BEGINNING!🙌
We have a beautiful new building, designed with all concerns of accommodating any and ALL event themes.

NEXT… weather permitting… the outside grounds are on the list.

Hopefully you are still reading at this point because I’m gonna list some of our MAIN reasons you should select
Venue 1625 as your go to for any and all your gatherings.
1. Cost- we offer you a lower price
( for the space and occupancy) than other local venues.
2. Provide- no need to add rental of chairs and tables. We provide up to 500 sitting
A conference room with all you need to provide a successful meeting or training. ( also smaller events)
3. We DO NOT require you use a certain catering service.
( that’s you personal preference)
Also… provide a large prepping room.
4. We have huge open space. Nothing blocking views. (No stairs)
One of the largest dance floors within 150 miles.
Large stage for a full size band or DJ.
5. A beautiful grand entrance!
Large enough for signing in, welcoming your guest and displaying your event.
6. Lighting !!! So much lighting, all LED
It can be as bright as you like or dimmed for that special occasion.
The last few we tend to not think about when selecting a venue TILL after the facts!
7. PARKING - we have plenty of parking! ALL, with plenty of lighting. ( safety)
8. Located in the city of Carrollton.
Private facility.
9. The grounds - large outside area, with intent to be perfect for pictures.
New- landscaping with a beautiful stone building with large columns.
Sitting area ( gazebo).
10. On hand assistance- As your hostess, providing the best customer service and care possible.
