Here's a Mindful Monday tip for you: Staying hydrated during physical activity helps you perform your best. Inadequate hydration hinders endurance, strength and power, increases the risk of muscle cramping, and decreases alertness and concentration. Make sure you drink water before, during, and after exercise to replace water lost with sweat. Aim to drink at least half your weight in ounces of water daily.
