Steven Montes Special Events is a Bay Area based company that provides excellent event planning, set up, management, and clean up services. We execute events all over the bay area and beyond for corporate companies and families. We are a small private company and have a niche market of clients that we serve.
Office Responsibilities Include:
-Organize all event information on computer platforms
-Conduct email correspondence with clients and vendors
-Manage Outlook calendar and include information on meetings and events
-Order, re-stock, and organize office supplies
-Complete payroll and minimal accounting tasks
-Take notes at meetings, during phone calls, and on site previews
-Place and pick up food orders
-Perform additional duties to successfully prepare for events
(Will be trained in all tasks)
Event Responsibilities Include:
-Load and unload equipment and furniture into and out of company vehicles
-Drive company vehicles to events from the main office and back
-Set up event stations under the direction of the Event Lead
-Serve, buss tables, and interact with guests in a friendly manner
-Perform any additional duties required to successfully run the event
(Will eventually act as an event lead)
Requirements:
-Must be organized
-Must have a driver's license
-Need a reliable source of transportation to meet at event locations which may be in different cities all over the bay area and outward
-Must be comfortable with a home office environment
-Black pants, shoes, and belt for events
Pay will start at $18/hr at part time and will increase in pay and to full time Office Manager once training is completed.
