A Barn with Heart for Weddings & Special Days

Located on Puget Island in historic Cathlamet, Washington, a lovingly and fully-renovated 1946 barn is home to Little Island Creamery and its warm, welcoming and stunning second floor above known as "The Venue." On the lower level, the working creamery includes a milking parlor and everything needed to produce delicious and sought after cheeses and dairy products. The upper level boasts a glowing, locally grown and milled Douglas fir floor and a finely crafted cathedral ceiling, which combine beautifully for gorgeous photo backdrops, great acoustics, space for dancing and plenty of room to accommodate 250 guests for a reception or concert, or 150 for a banquet with tables and chairs.

The Venue at Little Island Creamery was beautifully restored to bring people together in this special place, where great food is created and even greater times are had. The space is versatile in accommodating many different events, such as wedding ceremonies and receptions, birthdays, family reunions, graduations, celebrations of life, fundraisers, corporate events, concerts and dances. Bonus! You will have access to amazing cheeses for your guests’ immense pleasure!

The Venue is insulated and heated for year-round comfort, and provides a professionally lit stage, a sound system, a substantial and handsome outdoor balcony with two cascading staircases, an elevator for ADA access, ample parking, and scenic rural surroundings beyond the creamery's 34 acre footprint. Other features available include an adjacent, half-acre pasture and an outdoor pizza oven, and by the time you book The Venue, there will likely be more features, because we are continually adding to an already wonderful experience.
