Eric started his passion for catering several years ago and has become very successful with the foods he brings to the table for an array of events. Over time he has expanded his catering business with many returning customers, as well as evolving new clients along the way. We, as a couple, have worked side by side on many of these events, always maintaining a professional and clean environment, a

nd making many friends with their clients thru our outgoing and jovial personalities. Noble Choice Catering is located in the heart of Catonsville, Md where we both have deep family roots. There is no event too small or too large that we won't put our best efforts forward to accommodate. Serving any event you are in need of including, but not limited to, work functions, weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, backyard picnics and more.

We had the most amazing time catering for this lovely couple...Grace and Andres💕 I didn't get a ton of pix, just of the cocktail hour, but it was such a beautiful wedding at Manor at River Run in Westminster...such a beautiful venue💕 We couldn't have asked for a more precious couple who chose us, despite the venue having favored caterors, but the caretakers for so accommodating and kind...we highly recommend this venue for weddings💕😍 And I also ran into a few Catonsville friends🩷

It was a great day for us to serve dinner all our Catonsville Pyrotechnics and volunteers as they set for an AMAZING fireworks display for all us tomorrow night🎆❤️🤍💙 My father, Ronald Schinella, use to set up the fireworks with the Catonsville Jaycees when we were little, now my brother and husband have join the firework crew and it brings back so many great memories and nostalgia being in here once again❤️

The last few days have been a whirlwind of festivities from arriving home very late Friday evening from Aruba to being up early the last 2 days for the St Patrick’s Day celebrations at Kelsey’s Irish Pub and Restaurant as we smoked meats for all the wonderful people who came out feeling lucky🍀🍻 Chris and Maureen Mcmanus truly know how to make everyone feel like family by putting together the most amazing weekend of food, drinks, music and fun for everyone🍀💚

Thank you to my family Jamie, Christy and Siena for coming to support us…we’ve gotten so used to seeing you everyday over the last 2 weeks…I wasn’t ready for that to end🇦🇼🤣😍😘 ❤️

And truly….we cannot even begin to express our gratitude and LOVE for Chris and Maureen Mcmanus for their continued support of our growing catering company, Noble Choice Catering, along with the AMAZING people we have come to call family and friends at Kelsey’s🍀💚
