|| Meet Stephanie || Facilities & Oz Haus Manager ||

Since joining Osage House in 2020, Stephanie has truly done it all—working events, managing contracts, handling payroll, hiring staff, even fixing toilets. Now, she focuses on keeping the property in top shape, from painting walls to picking up trash. She also manages our rental, . Stephanie brings invaluable experience, connections, and a “can-do” attitude to the team. She always prioritizes what’s best for Osage and ensures it gets done.

A University of Arkansas graduate, Stephanie has over 25 years of design experience. She’s a proud mother of two and grandmother to five. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and going to the theater. Fun fact: she walks an average of 5 miles a day!

Her favorite spots at Osage? The Chapel and the groom’s suite.

|| Meet Morgan || Business Development Manager ||

Morgan joined Osage House in 2020 and became our full-time Business Development Manager in 2021. She’s dedicated to bringing new clients to Osage House, giving tours of our stunning property, creating contracts, and ensuring every client has the information they need to make their booking process seamless. Morgan brings a mix of laughter, authenticity, and unwavering support to the team. When it comes to emails, she’s on top of it—whether your event is happening today, tomorrow, or three years from now!

A 2015 graduate of the University of Arkansas, Morgan has extensive experience in the wedding and events industry. Prior to Osage, she worked for a venue in Kentucky and has partnered with numerous local nonprofits.

Morgan has been married to her husband, Bo, for 8 years, and they have two wonderful children, Logan and Margo. In her free time, she enjoys catching up with friends and brunching with Bo (who she talks to more during the day than any other couple I know—it’s truly heartwarming). She also loves a cozy fall morning with coffee, indulging in The Real Housewives, listening to 90s alternative music, and savoring sushi.

Her favorite spot at Osage? The Chapel—its blank slate allows for any wedding style, making it a key selling point for couples looking for a traditional space with modern flair.

What Morgan loves most about working at Osage is building connections with couples, families, businesses, and vendors. Each day is different, and she enjoys fielding the occasional wild question (e.g., “Can we bury a bottle of bourbon on the property?” Stay tuned for more on these!).

Most importantly, Morgan adores the Osage Team. We’re a close-knit group who support and uplift one another through hard weeks and share laughs over the most ridiculous situations that come our way.

|| Meet AJ || Client Relations Manager ||

AJ has been with Osage for almost two years now! This girl knows how to stay focused and get things done! She is kind, driven, hardworking, and incredibly professional. Her role also includes meeting with clients to review their wedding details, our policies, and served as a point of contact before your event. AJ & Kasarah alternate weekends of taking charge of Osage events and being on call!

With a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Arkansas, she spent years honing her skills in hospitality and event management. She started in the industry through Amy Bates’ ambassador program and quickly grew passion for creating unforgettable experiences, working at places like Juniper Hill Home and Natasha Gates Events. Outside of OH, you’ll find AJ staying active, traveling, trying new restaurants, and planning weddings for JLK || .jlkweddings ||

What she loves most about her role? Connecting with couples, transforming spaces, and being part of a team that truly cares.

Her favorite part of Osage: The breezeway at the Reserve—such an underused gem!

|| Meet Kasarah || Client & Media Manager ||

Kasarah joined our team last November as a client relations manager and later taking over our social media. She brings wild ideas, laughter, and sass to our team. Her role includes meeting with clients to review their wedding details, our policies, and serves as a point of contact before your event. She has big plans for our social media to bring more information, resources, and fun to our page.

Kasarah taught elementary education for the last 12 years, but recently “retired” to focus on family and growing her business. Outside of OH, Kasarah has been married for 8 years and is mom to Chipper and June. When she isn’t working here, she is plans and coordinates wedding for her own brand || || which she’s been running since 2018. In the rare moments of free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, staying active, and creating. Some of her favorite things- banana bread chiller at 7Brew, Post Malone, macaroons, and Red Bull.

Her favorite spot at Osage? The Hall groom’s suite. It is hands down the coolest space. It is usually the selling point for our grooms.

What Kasarah loves most about Osage is the relationships. Whether with clients, vendors, or her own team, she thrives on building strong, meaningful connections.

Happy birthday to the first stop at Osage! We are so grateful for these 5 years of weddings and events! Fun fact- our first event was a fundraiser for domestic violence…we were laying sod as the event was being set up! Nothing like a last minute shuffle for an event!
