we can also host outdoor weddings, ceremonies, receptions, anniversaries, and parties! Waterfront resort that combines several homes to sleep 58, 73, or 93 people! The homes are a combination of the 1870's and 1930 Historic homes and three newer homes all up to the standards and expectation of modern times. 21 Bedrooms and 19 bathrooms with other nooks and lofts to sleep. All buildings are in walk

ing distance of each other with pool and clubhouse/flex space centralized. Amazing place to vacation, host weddings, receptions, anniversaries, or parties. Corporate functions, family & class reunions, whatever you can think of. This lakefront resort includes 1500 feet of shoreline, surrounded by woods at the ridges of Appalachia. It is full of beautiful acreage, surrounded by woods, and BREATHTAKING views! It is accompanied by a pool and hot tub area, dock, beach, sand volleyball, horseshoe, a boat ramp, kayaks, wood burning fire pit, all included! We even have a playground for the little ones with an in-ground trampoline! In close proximity is numerous hiking options, water falls, Pirates Bay (Seasonal water park), and several cool day activities! Yesterday was a beautiful day for a wedding 😍 Congratulations to Mr & Mrs. McNichols!

This is a video clip taken right before guests started to arrive. Thanks Regina Henderson, for sending! You did a great catering job!! Bride told me everything about the day was “perfect”. That’s why we built Magnolia!! Thank you Lord for your inspiration, guidance and the funds to bring this great place to Cherokee County.

Check out our mock ceremony set up. Looks amazing and very intimate yet spacious. House is perfect for indoor and outdoor functions but this illustrates how well 120 and under fits indoors for ceremony and reception. Have ceremony on main and then send everyone upstairs or outside for cocktail hour/gathering hour while the catering staff turns the room over for food service. Please check out earlier posts with table set ups.

Just took this video a few minutes ago. The more I hang out at this place the more I love it. Ready in a few weeks to book weddings, parties, reunions receptions and the likes.
