The Store is closed for the season, but we still have catering available with 48 hrs notice. . We will be at the store in the next few weeks going thru inventory so stop in if you see the lights on to stock up seasoning and or sauces. Thank you for a great summer. The store will be open 3 more weekends. We will have Bbq but only with a 48hr notice. Perishable Items like milk or bread will not be in stock. So, if you want Bbq call atleast 48hr in advance. We are closed today 10-11-24 for family reason

Thank you Inland Truck parts for letting us cater your event/car show. Approximately 500 attended. Pulled pork, our Bbq baked beans and potatoe salad was the menu.

Uncle Earnies will be doing a store wide demo this Friday from 4 to 7 at Hyvee on 180th and Q. On football Saturday August 31, we will be at Fareway at 132nd and Fort for a store wide demo also from 11 am to 2pm. Fareway will be selling our bbq sauce at a reduced price Saturday only.

Today is day 2️⃣ at the Nebraska Balloon & Wine Festival! Today’s hours are 3pm-11pm.

Here’s what you’re missing out… our famous pulled pork, brisket, baby back ribs, and our NEW bbq chicken sandwich!

Be sure to come stop by our booth today and satisfy your stomach 🤤 We accept card and cash but do prefer cash as the service is spotty & sometimes have troubles with the card reader.

Around 9pm will be the balloon glow! Super cool 😎 Can’t wait to see you there!

Thank you Charleston Homes for letting us be apart of your annual Celebration for the last 15yrs. We have a great time every year. We are extremely thankful that we had power in Cedar Creek that allowed us to finish cooking in time. We look forward to next year already.
We served roasted hog, smoked Mac and cheese and bbq baked beans. Event was Aug.2nd.
