Hello friends! We hope everyone made it through this crazy land hurricane ok. After a crazy last couple weeks we are firing up the smoker tomorrow! We will have ribs and pulled pork available and we will have some brisket. If you want brisket we will let everyone know how much we have once it’s smoked. You need sides with that meat! Mac n cheese, green bean casserole, party potatoes, baked beans. Yea buddy! Get some!

Reunited and it feels so good. The wait is over. Going on the smoker this morning! We will be taking orders starting tomorrow morning. We also have 8 racks of ribs and several lbs of pulled pork. Brisket $8lb, pork $7lb and ribs are 1 for $25 or 2 for $45. Don’t forget about the Mac n cheese, party potatoes, green bean casserole and baked beans. $15 a pan! When it’s gone it’s gone. Get you some!

Ok friends we have decided to open the ordering up until Thursday! Get your dad the good stuff...smoked meats! Samplers with ribs pulled pork and your choice of 2 sides for $13. Sides include Mac n cheese, party potatoes, baked beans and green bean casserole. $1.50 for extra sides. Racks of ribs are $25 each or 2 for $45. Pulled pork is $6 a lb and you can order family size side dishes (10x13) for $15. Pick up can be Friday or Saturday before noon.

Hello friends! Sorry we haven’t been around the last couple weeks. With meat prices being crazy it was decided to take a little break until everything calmed down a bit. With that being said we are looking forward to the next couple weeks and Father’s Day. We are planning to do something a little different. As we will still offer full racks of ribs, pulled pork, sides and cheese we are kicking the idea around doing samplers. That way you can get a taste of everything we offer. Is that something everyone would like? Something like 2 meats and 2 sides. Comment below, we would love to hear your thoughts!
