A huge cake! Double chocolate with 4 thick layers (almost a foot tall!), filled with bavarian creme and frosted with salted caramel meringue buttercream. Hand-piped buttercream succulents on top!

Milo accompanied me to the supply store for more Callebaut chocolate and cake flour for some upcoming cake orders, then he and his brother Eric worked on their fondant skills! They love when I get cake orders - they wait patiently for when u scream “garbage cake!!” (The leftover trimmed tops and sides).
