Job Title: Floral Designer

Job Summary: 🌷

We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and a keen eye for design.

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and innovative floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through your floral designs.

Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages for various events.

Arrange flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner while considering color, texture, and design principles.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or requests.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and plants.

Creative flair and ability to conceptualize unique floral designs.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Flexibility to work some weekends, and holidays as needed.

Flexible day time scheduling options, 25-30 hours per week.

I won't lie, weddings are a lot of work and worry. Will the flowers come in on time? Will they be the right color? Do we have enough people power to make every thing happen on time? Of course, it always seems to work out. If the Bride is happy, everyone is happy!
