LUKE HANSEN b2b MIKE WLKR

Very little introduction is needed when it comes to these two around here....
Mike himself has been a major player on the IowaTechno roster for a number of years now. He has nearly a decade and a half in the industry. Mike has played support and headlining slots all over the US.

Luke has been an Iowa favorite for over a decade. Long before IowaTechno was a thing he was already being called upon for some of the biggest parties in Iowa. Some of ITs biggest lineups over the years have featured Luke Hansen.
The decision to bring him back for the last ride was not even a question. It just makes sense. Not to mention his pure expertise when it comes to guiding a crowd through a musical journey on the big stage.

Between the two them theirs always been a connection and this isn't their first back-to-back session. Expect something special yet again from this combination.

Ben Mealhow aka bTsunami has been at the forefront of the Iowa underground culture and pushing the boundaries of auditory influence for as long as many of us can remember. Be it playing with hulk hands at the legendary Hoover House parties of old, or behind the decks for his annual Mission Beat showcasing, Ben has always had an ear for a unique take on what could be described as a progressive techno with hypnotic, psychedelic undertones that have become a staple of some of our favorite parties and dance floors when he plays.

With all the aforementioned notable influence Ben has had on us and so many, we couldn't think of a better person to take us down a proverbial rabbit hole of musical exploration.

If you’ve never had the opportunity to watch this absolute maestro behind the decks, then you will not want to miss this set. Be ready!

With 1 year behind the decks these 2 brothers are some of Iowa’s most brightest up and coming stars. Expect to see them a lot more in the future. It made a lot of sense to have these two on this lineup.

Featuring Nick and Christian Smith, hailing from Cedar Rapids, IA. Their music is a unique blend of modern bass music with, fae, and dark mystical influences, creating a captivating and immersive experience for listeners.

This duo's music is characterized by its dark undertones and haunting soundscapes. Drawing inspiration from a wide range of musical styles, including dubstep, trap, hardcore, and experimental bass, GRIMWERX delivers a sound that is both familiar and fresh.

DJ JOE P THE MAESTRO

The legend himself Joe P is coming to town. This man has his hands in making a ton of music things happen on the West side of the state. Not only does he host the longest running monthly show in the state, BASSberry JAM!!
He's the President at Eclipse Underground and owner of Basslands Festival.

And in case you haven't noticed has somewhat of a cult following with the J.A.M.R.S family. He's been at this and DJing since 1999.

A strong supporter of ours who's made this trip to Cedar Rapids many times as a floor soldier. We figured it was time for his debut IowaTechno performance!!

For as long as many of the IowaTechno family can remember, Des Moines has been a fountain of inspiration stemming from an eclectic array of friendly faces. We’ve featured a few of the artists from that region over our tenure, and one that we always circle back to is Beat Experiments head, Jade Reed.

Jade has had a hand in tons of midwest events. From multiple performances at 515 Alive, to running the Ekvilibrium parties and hosting Beat Experiments all the way to releasing several EP’s and singles, Jade has always been a cornerstone of Iowa’s underground movement.

It just felt right to have Jade on this final lineup one last time!!

If you’re even remotely familiar with the who’s who of the Bass circuit in Iowa, you’ve seen the antics of the illustrious and exuberant artist TommyGunzz!

Over the past decade, Tommy has been a force of nature in the community. With his ferver inducing take on bass music coupled with his boisterous personality and demeaner, TOMMYGUNZZ is a proponent of all thing wacky and fun. We have been a large supporter of this artist for years and even hosted him a time or two in the past and he’s always brought the heat on his sets.
It’s no wonder this talented individual has shared the stage with notable figureheads in the Dub spectrum of sound such as Cookie Monsta, Funtcase, Figure, Protohype and more!

As long as IowaTechno has been a thing Ono has been spreading his wings through music as an artist.
With numerous support slots for national touring artists, we didn't want to make a list, but this dude has been there. He's played direct support for some of the biggest names that have come through the state.

And probably most notable for all the heads and us that have been around for a few years he headed up things at the legendary Blue Moose Tap House. If you were there you know how big this was to the electronic community through the years.

I hear he's got some sick surprises in store for this one, so don't miss this set!!

DUSTIN OXFORD

In the grand finale we figured it only made sense for the return of one of our originating founders. He was here when it started from the very beginning and he's back to help us seal the deal!!

Not many know the history behind IowaTechno, but in its inception, the group was merely a web site founded with the idea to showcase and create a platform for the Iowa techno community and artists there-in. Dustin headed this project up and began what would become a staple of the Midwest region and Iowa’s foundation for the group that has since then, become a name closely associated with underground and artistically expressive events in Iowa.

Dustin has always been somewhat of an enigma in the music circuit and prefers to make his appearances something of a special moment, only coming out to perform every once in a blue moon.

We’re very excited to have this cornerstone of our little corner of the techno world come and bring out his signature Good Good sound style. This s**t about to be emotional!!

Straight from the Bluffs of Dubuque, Iowa. Hoax. is well known across the state for his deep cuts and his love for vinyl. We're super excited to have him jump back on the Jays in The Vault.

He's also been an IowaTechno ally and supporter of the underground movement for a long time now. This was a must-have piece to the final puzzle.

SILKROAD

Originally from Detroit and transplanted to the Des Moines area a handful of years ago Silkroad has always taken an interest in electronic music. Specifically house and techno being at the top of that interest.
A little over 3 years of experience DJing Silkroad has already had the opportunity to play in larger markets like New York, Kansas City and Omaha.

It didn't take long for her to find IowaTechno and support what we have been doing. The lone techno/house artist on the bill without an IT show on their resume. A major reason we had to have her on this lineup is the support she has shown us.

JASON HEYLAND

Jason first became interested in electronic music in the late 90’s. He then purchased his first set of turntables and a mixer around the year 2001 and learned the craft of dj’ing with several friends in and around the Iowa City area. Jason started throwing parties at the Iowa City Yacht club in 2004 where he started to make a name for himself. In 2006 he moved to Chicago where he has continued to dj. He played one of his more recent gigs at Chicago’s legendary Spybar!

It’s been a while, but he’s back to rock the decks with us our nine year:: see you on the floor::

Amplified Noise has been around the block before. He's been involved in the Iowa Music scene for the better part of a decade now. Specifically, he's been calling the Iowa City circuit home for as long as we have known him. He's played a part in cultivating the Iowa City music scene during that time.

Over the past few years his focus has been on production and creating his own sound. Expect to hear a plethora of original house tunes featuring high enegry and a uniquness like nothing else out there.

Hailing from Sleepy Hallow, Dr.Lee is a rising (DJ/Producer) with a spookier style of mixing. Fueled by a love of metal, horror, dubstep and party music, (Ryan Newman) the Rock Island, IL native first started DJing in 2015.

He has a large array of supporting slots including Blaqout, Enigma Dubz, Dirtysnatcha, Smoakland, MUST DIE!, SAGZ, Smith., Mr.Bill, StarMonster, Cantrip, Chime, AU5, NJN, Cyclops, MESO, Smokahauntas, Toadface and The Tripp Brothers.

This will be an IowaTechno debut for him.
