Happy 40th anniversary to our mom and dad, Roger and Donna Erickson. Seven children, five grand-babies and eighteen beautiful years owning From Scratch Catering.

Our owners, Roger and Donna worked this wedding and when Roger arrived to see the crowd, he immediately asked his daughter Addie if this was ‘football’ related due to the stature of those in attendance. Come to find it was, professional football be it as well - the NFL. This couple was so humble, you never would had known. Through the year of getting to know these two, never was it mentioned once. This business is beautiful and it continues to humble us as the years pass. Humble hearts are the best hearts and we love to see it. To the Daniels, thank you for choosing us.

Callahan and Ryan are not only one of the kindest couples we've had the pleasure of serving but they were also one of those most grateful. It was a pleasure working with the two of you!

Although we specialize in weddings, anniversaries are something we hold very near and dear to our hearts. This beautiful couple reached out to us to help them celebrate their anniversary at the same place they got married 20+ years ago, The Villa Terrace. This 1930's themed, art-deco party was just as special as these two. Fast friends we became and life long friends we've become. Thank you for choosing us, Melissa!

First and foremost, we want to thank you all for another wonderful Strawberry Festival weekend. It’s always a pleasure serving our festival attendees and we look forward to it every year.

We are offering a two day, flash sale on the remaining salsa we were unable to sell on Sunday due to weather issues.

We appreciate any opportunity to infuse ‘moody’ tones into our receptions. Ally and Austin knew exactly what they wanted and it was delivered effortlessly.
