Use one of our services or all. Either way you are guaranteed to work with professional, reliable and most of all reputable businesses who will work together to create the event of your dreams. Does Events 360 replace party planners? Yes we can and no we don’t have to. Here’s how we work: OPTION A: YOU PLAN, WE MAN You can organize and manage your own event and deal directly with any one of us. This option saves you thousands on party planner fees because you are coming direct to the sources that party planners use, but requires that you manage and organize your affair. This option is great for those of you who are hands on, creative and know what you want. Of course you still will have the help and guidance of each business but you will ultimately be in charge of the details, budget, meetings with vendors and will have to make your own decisions. OPTION B: PLANNER AS NEEDED You can organize and manage your party, deal directly with all our businesses but still hire one of our Events 360 planners hourly for any jobs that you find overwhelming. (ie. designing your event layout, researching various decor options, coordinating your table cards etc.) In addition you can hire us to be at your event the day of to assure that everything goes without a hitch while you get dressed and take photographs. Our hourly event planning rate is $150 an hour. We require a deposit of $500. OPTION C: JUST SHOW UP This option is hiring a full-fledged party planner to take over every aspect of your event. This means you can do as much or as little as you want while your planner takes care of everything. From event conceptualization, branding and swag selection to décor concepts and layout design. From keeping track of budget, communicating with vendors, creating timeline to coordination on the day of and on site management. You can use one of our recommended planners who are top notch in the industry or you can bring in your very own favorite planner. We love to work with everyone! Whatever you decide to do, we look forward to helping you create an event to remember because this is truly what life is about…celebrating the joyous moments and milestones with friends and family.
