Struggling with what to do with those pesky Regulator Ranch leftovers? We took some leftover beef short rib, mixed that with some reduced, intensified bbq sauce, and threw it on some fire grilled tortillas with sharp cheddar and mozzarella and then topped with cilantro and cotija cheese. Really really good!
