“We had a fabulous time at River Valley Ranch! The hosts were the best! The communication was superb and effortless! The property and the houses and amenities were perfect. Such a much needed relaxing trip for 9 adults and 8 kids under 8! The kids barely turned on a tv, except early in the mornings waiting for their cousins to wake up! We had so much room to spread out and relax. The pool was by far the nicest private pool setup we’ve encountered and we are particular! The waterfall/slide was incredible and 2 years old up to adults enjoyed it! The hot tub was gigantic and right by the pool/connected actually! We used it constantly too! There is a pavilion right by the pool for those not swimming but still wanting to be with the group! It’s very large. We used it daily! The red barn had enough activities to keep everyone engaged. We used everything they had to offer...pickleball, basketball, bocci, a great driveway for bikes or scooters! One day we went into “town” and regretted it because we were missing the River Valley Ranch setup.The hosts are so dear and responsive! They had snacks at each house for us! Lovely hosts and also very attentive! We as a family did not want to leave and everyone raved about it!” R.L.

34 years ago, we began building this as our family home. So much life, laughter, memories, and milestones happened within these walls. Today, we’re honored to share it with our guests who come to make memories of their own.
With 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and all the comforts of home, the Farmhouse sleeps 16–20 guests — making it the perfect place to gather, reconnect, slow down, and enjoy time together.

With 2 private bedrooms, each with a king bed, a full bathroom, a welcoming living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, the Cottage has everything you need to settle in, slow down, and feel completely at ease.
It’s one of our three homes onsite, alongside our Farmhouse and Cabin.
The Cottage is also a wonderful option for guests with mobility challenges, offering an easy, comfortable setup for a relaxing stay.

From another group of great guests! “What an amazing event space to host a birthday party! My husband and I hosted 12 nine year old boys and our very large family at the River Valley Place pool and pavilion and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The slide in the pool was HUGE hit and there was plenty of seating under the pavilion to watch the swimmers without getting wet. There was plenty of shade under the pool’s waterfall and splashing zones for our family’s littles to enjoy, too! The abundance of yard games were so fun to play, as well! The bonus I have to say was the air conditioned pool house off the pavilion so the kiddos could swim and family could take a little break if needed. The hosts were the BEST and were there anytime we had a question or needed anything at all! We will 100% be coming back!” rivervalleyplace.com
