What a joy to host this amazing group from Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, Texas! 🙌
This great group came to River Valley Place for a Bible Memory Boot Camp, preparing for a major upcoming competition while making time for plenty of fun, fellowship, and unforgettable memories.
Our Gathering & Game Barn quickly became a favorite spot for connecting, laughing, and recharging between study sessions. Hearing them say River Valley Place was “the best place we’ve ever stayed” truly made our day! ❤️
We’re honored to have been part of their journey and can’t wait to welcome them back next year.

Last weekend, four generations came together to celebrate their beloved (and wonderfully youthful!) grandmother’s 90th birthday.

After enjoying a weekend stay, they topped it off with a celebration that will be remembered for years to come. 💛

We just had the honor of hosting a group of Special Olympics high schoolers, and the joy they brought with them was unforgettable.

One student asked if they could stay for 2–3 months 🥹

A host mom shared that another student smiled and laughed more than he had in the past 3 years ♥️

And one of the volunteers said she had never experienced anything like River Valley Place — that it was simply AMAZING.

Moments like these are why we do what we do. 💫
