Enhancing the Estate’s storied history are annual events held on the grounds of The Hayes House and throughout the Farm, including seasonal festivals, an annual market place and Christmas activities. Additionally, The Hayes House is one of three properties offered as lodging through AirBnB as Tennessee Retreats. The others include a spacious home with an in-ground pool, Lafayette on the Green, situated near a 9-hole golf course in Macon County and a cozy log cabin in a lush rustic setting but with 2021 amenities. Restored Elegance

The Hayes House, built in 1916, is one of the oldest and well known elegant homes in the area. It has recently been restored to its glorious beauty inside and out. We offer overnight stays in the spacious home or you can book your personal event on the beautiful grounds of the property. We have two events buildings, a large rustic barn, outdoor patios, gently rolling fields, and adequate parking for your wedding, reception, birthday parties, wedding or baby showers, reunions, company dinners or parties, and can offer catering for your event.
