Happy Anniversary K + G. This cold and snowy wedding day always warms my heart 🖤. I have loved watching this incredible, beautiful family you two have built together. All my love for many more years to come.

Big shout out to who was an absolute champ that day. When we say it was cold it was FREEZING cold. Statice came in hot with an extra bridal bouquet so the couple could do pictures outside and the bouquet would still be fresh and beautiful for the wedding. What a pro Lori is.

We had a very special guest stop by at the Celebration of Life for Martha Martin. A huge thanks to Michael Franti for the truly life changing performance. He put his whole presence, open heart and focus into knowing Martha and her family as much as he could, learning how she spent her life and creating an incredibly touching and uplifting performance to celebrate the life of this wonderful human being.

Martha, I’ll never forget the sound of your laugh, your knowing smile, or the many lessons you taught me about life and marriage over the last 15 years. You will forever be in my heart 💜.

Hello folks - we are heading out tomorrow to collect and distribute as many warm clothes, meals, bus fare and information on emergency shelters to those experiments homelessness in the Denver Metro area ahead of the -10 degree/-40degree wind chill factor nights expected on Wednesday night to Thursday morning this week.

WE KNOW THIS IS VERY LAST-MINUTE but…

If you can help with donation items or cash donations to buy used items at the thrift store, a hot meal and some bud fare to help get these folks to emergency shelters ahead of the freeze, it could just save a life.

8/11/2022 Update: We have gone several weeks without a confirmed Bogey sighting. We thank everyone who has called in with suspected ones--unfortunately, those dogs weren't our girl 😔. We know MANY of you expressed concern for Bogey when temperatures were high last week. Here is a photo of Bogey from 2018, sunning herself on Annie's deck at 1:00 p.m. on a summer day when the heat index was 100 degrees! Bogey LOVES the sun. Over the next few weeks, Team Bogey will be refreshing signs. What can you do? 1. Share our posts and our page; 2. Tell your friends, especially those who don't follow us, that Bogey is still missing; Remind your friends (and yourself) to save 703-596-9296 in a cell phone; Remain watchful and if you suspect a sighting, call immediately. Since it’s pride month, I want to share two people that always make my ❤️💜🧡💙heart burst with it. A + B are two of the most magical individuals I’ve ever met. I’m so proud to know them, work with them, and grateful to be a small part in their mission to create meaningful change for a more inclusive world. I’m 2022, Beuncommon project will help to bring to our Denver Community. Encircle provides a safe (and fabulous) space for LGBTQ+ youth offering resources to both kids and families, including therapy, friendship circles, music programs, art programs, career preparation training, and emotional and psychological skills to help youth blossom as the beautiful, confident, valuable people they are.

When the client says, “Cirque Du Soleil Absynthe show meets midsummer nights dream ambiance with a roaring 20s light influence”, you say, “Hell, yes!”. These are the kind of “uncommon” events we live for.

From the 800+ carnation entryway to the face painted oyster shucking catering team, to the champagne pouring stilt walker to the lighted garden fairies leading guests to ceremony to the surprise flash mob to the big finish with Americas Got Talent Championship Finalist every single moment of this night was magical. At least what’s what they tell me.

The first girl here, is a unicorn all on her own. I first met her at a company we both worked for. Just days before Total Imagination Events became a full time dream for me. She’s the most capable, cool headed, ‘I’ve got this’ girl I know. Personally. Professionally. Spirituality. She knows how to handle the problem that’s next before she knows what the problem is. And somehow she’s slap happy and silly until the last moments of the event. She always makes me smile. Laugh. Have fun. One of the most special people I’ve EVER known.

The second girl here has been with me a long time. And she’s showed up, every time. Even when events are in her rear view mirror, and moved on to things that stir her soul, which almost always involves helping other people, with everything she’s got. And yet, she still shows up, every time I ask. And I know her work ethic is ‘it’s not done until all things are as they should be’. Thank you

I wish I had fun pictures of every person who life’s me up, especially this weekend but I don’t think insta allows that many photos at one time.

To the assistants, vendors and friends (including and Christi of The Garden Fairy) all willing to jump in and bring a complicated, extra-fabulous and “uncommon” event to life, thank you. Especially .ndry612

Supervendors on site for DAYS every single moving part only came together because of you.

Can’t wait to share and creative capture of this day, both in action and the still moments that only can be captured in a single expression.

And the team of 22 other creatives that I can’t wait to share their work with in photos.

We live in a very different time these days. Always woek@with people who will lift you up in the scariest of moments and with the biggest of challenges.

Today is so bittersweet. It’s wedding day for two of my favorite humans, and after 9 months of dreaming, planning and laughing together, I’ll only get to watch from afar. VERY far.
A planners worst nightmare hit just 2 days ago. After testing positive for Covid with a breakthrough infection (and being as careful and cautious as a person can be 10 days before the biggest day in her professional career so far), I’ve had to replace myself with another planner and relied on the incredible team I’ve put together to bring all these complicated, high production and logistically heavy dreams to life. You can tell just by the vendor list below how fabulous this event will be!

I’m so grateful to all the people who have stepped up, cancelled their plans, and worked way loner hours than anyone should to give our clients the day they deserve.

A + B I know this will be a truly magical day for you both and we are wishing you all the love for your wedding.

A very very very very special thank you to for stepping in to a lead planner position and not missing a beat. I have no words to describe how much I adore you. I trust you like I trust no other soul. I’ll never be able to thank you or repay you for what you are doing for me and for the clients. And to for jumping in last minute and going above and beyond to help out.

To my team of wedding professionals. I’m so sorry I won’t be there side by side with you. It’s one of my very favorite things in life. With all the gratitude from the bottom of my heart ❤️. Let’s do this thing.
