Before our new venue ever stood here, this spot was home to an old early pre Civil War barn. It had seen generations come and go, weathered countless storms, and carried so much history in its bones. We truly wish we could have saved it, but time had taken its toll and it was simply too far gone.
Still, we couldn’t let its story end there.
Much of the original wood was carefully reclaimed and woven into the new venue, and every piece of metal from the old roof was repurposed becoming part of our fence and finding a place inside the building itself. In that way, the old barn still lives on, just in a different form.
We love knowing that the heart of that historic barn is part of this new space. The new building tells its own story now and lives its own life, but it carries the past with it honoring where it came from while making room for new memories yet to be made.
