Equipment rented before 3:00pm Friday, August 30th and returned by 8:30am Tuesday, September 3rd will be charged for 1 1/2 days.

Equipment rented after 3:00 pm Friday, August 30th and returned by 8:30am Tuesday, September 3rd will be charged for 1 day.

Equipment rented anytime Saturday, August 31st and returned by 8:30am Tuesday, September 3rd will only be charged for 1 day.

(Equipment with hour meters will be 8 hours of use for one day rental. Any hours over will be prorated.)

BATTERY POWERED WHEELBARROWS

When I saw these at a trade show a few years ago I immediately thought what a great idea and what a great rental item. I was partially correct – great idea, terrible rental activity. They have been on rent a few times and customer response was favorable. So, I thought let’s get them on Facebook and let people know about them.

I owned a landscape company for 46 years and would have used these on occasion if they were available. Pushing a wheelbarrow full of mulch all day is pretty easy. Doing the same with gravel or topsoil is not! Today we have Compact Utility Loaders (Toro Dingo, Vermeer, etc.) to help do this. However, a small wheelbarrow can still be useful.

Here are the facts: we have two models available for rent, 9 and 10 cubic feet with a 750 pound capacity; will fit through a 36” opening; 6-8 hours operating on a single charge (we stock additional batteries); weighs 266 pounds.

These are not to be used for moving concrete, we have concrete buggies for that.

GROUND PROTECTION MATS
