For two people who have never had their photos taken professionally, ever (not even senior photos!), I'd say, they did an amazing job in front of my lens. Seriously, they took my direction and made it their own.

Cam and Helena made my job so easy last night. They are so much fun to hang out with. Great energy and so friendly.

Besides taking their photos, we sat around and talked for a while after the session. It's so great when I can spend some time talking to my clients. Wedding days move so quickly, it was so nice to get to know them.

Did you know they met on Instagram? Yeah right? She added him and he messaged her. Very brave. I absolutely love that for them. Sometimes those suggested accounts connect best friends

My oh my, what a marvelous day! Claire and Matt had some gorgeous, but hot, weather.

I was just in love with their colors! I love the green neutral trend with pops of color. It's so perfect for a summer day. And Claire looked STUNNING in her dress. Just a flawless bride.

We got to do a fake-out first look with their officiant who wore his mom's wedding dress (made by his grandmother). It was amazing. Then we got to do the real first look with Matt and her dad. Since we did a first look, all the formal photos were done before the ceremony with time to spare. Any break we could take from the heat was worth it.

I loved doing the bridesmaid photos. They had a great time being goofy. They even did the Hocus Pocus walk. It's so funny and one of my favorite moments.

The ceremony was so sweet. Their officiant, Conner, gave everyone a few seconds to grab some photos. It was so funny but I really liked it.

Their family and friends were so much fun to party with at the reception. Everyone was so cheerful and in such great spirits.

The humidity was unreal, though. We were cutting up dresses and changing into Taylor Swift shirts. It got wild in the best way.

I had so much fun with Claire and Matt. They are just a sweet, loving couple that makes you believe in true love. And I'm here for it. I am so, so happy that I got to be your photographer. Everything happens for a reason and your wedding was amazing. Let's do it again!

I’ve been in on this secret for so long! I’m so beyond excited to have been a part of this special moment for two of my favorite humans. It’s only fitting that my first wedding was Brittney’s mom and my first official proposal was also Brittney. Dylan came up with such a great plan. I loved working on this with him.

I’ve known Brittney since college. She was one of my first official new friends outside of high school. Brittney was one of the first people I told about my relationship with my partner, too. I’ll save the rest for the blog post but can I get some congrats for these two amazing humans?

When Katie and I connected about me capturing her wedding, it was only about a week or so after she and Billy were officially engaged. When I saw her name pop up in my email, I was ecstatic because she is the little sister of Abby, whom I had the pleasure of photographing with her husband Todd last year. So I already knew Katie and Billy!

Yesterday may have been the best day weather-wise. I mean, it was perfect. 75 degrees with a breeze and we got the most stunning views of a Pennsylvania summer in the mountains. I'm a beach girl through and through, but there is something magical about a Pennsylvania summer.

I also love their story because they have been friends forever. They used to share headphones on the bus in school, and now they will share a life together. 🥹

Kindness also runs in the family because Katie brought me a Gatorade, just like her sister. I also got to meet a bunch of Billy's family and a kitten.

Two hours goes by so quickly when you're having fun. As the sun dipped into the horizon, I was still snapping away, just enjoying Billy and Katie and their amazing energy.

We will have so much fun at The Barn At Boones Dam next year! I hope you enjoy these stunning sneak peeks. :)

What a way to kick off the holiday weekend. Thank you, Philadelphia for being the perfect playground for Breandan and Seember's engagement shoot. We had so much fun traveling around the city. We hit all the classics.

Seember and I have so much in common. While we don't live there anymore, we graduated from the same high school. Every time we have a meeting, it's like chatting with an old friend. Plus, she is so bright and cheerful. And she knows how to dress for success. I am obsessed with these looks.

I also learned a lot about Breandan and his incredible career as an Air Force Flight Nurse. What an amazing job he has. And look at the way he looks at her. Just precious. :)

From one holiday weekend to the next, I can't wait for Labor Day to celebrate these two. Enjoy these sneak peeks. You are going to love your gallery. You both made it so hard to choose previews. :)

Oh my gosh!!! Yesterday was amazing with Hope & Luke. Highlight of my weekend for sure.

After traveling for the venue house at the Barn at Boone's Dam, I got to do Hope & Luke's engagement photos. With a quick stop at the fountain in Bloomsburg, we headed to Lewisburg, PA for the rest. We got to borrow the stunning scenery at Bucknell University, and we spent a lot of time under the cherry blossom trees.

I told them right from the start that when I said their names together, I immediately thought of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. While Hope has some homework to watch the movie, Luke thought it was hilarious. I love bonding over nerd stuff. I just always laugh in my head every time I say their names. 🤣

I also kept telling Hope how much I loved her smile. Not only is she super joyful, but her smile just makes me want to smile. That smile she gives when they look at each other, just ugh. Perfection.

Like many of my clients, they never had professional photos taken, but by the end of the session, they knew what I wanted them to do before I asked. They are professional models now, or at least, they totally could be.

I cannot wait to celebrate with them at the barn. It's the day after my birthday so I'll be celebrating extra hard. It's going to be my such an amazing weekend. I can feel it. Something amazing at is that they do all the catering and dessert themselves. YOU HEARD ME! And I have had the pleasure of eating it more than once. The food that comes out of their kitchen is absolutely amazing. The entire menu is full of mouth-watery goodness. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back...🤤

Wow. Wow. Wow. Yesterday’s wedding at Bogeys left me speechless. The weather was perfect, even providing some cloud coverage for the portraits just after a tearful first look. There was this lovely breeze that was good to us most of the day, anyway.

Everyone fell into place from the florals by Colonial Florist & Gifts, to the amazing staff at Bogeys.

Seeing his gorgeous bride, Michelle, during the first look, Spencer felt instantly overwhelmed with the sweetest emotions. We all wanted to cry with him.

Michelle & Spencer may win the award for the best couple. It’s a bold statement, but if you get the chance to just see them in person, you’ll understand why they are the perfect fit. They are just so into each other! And who could blame them? Half the time that we were taking their portraits, we didn’t even need to prompt them. They understood the assignment.

Spencer kept saying that this was the greatest day of their lives, and he meant every word. I don’t think anyone was more excited about marriage than Spencer. Both of them were just all smiles and giggles.

Their day was perfect. As always, I helped them with the timeline and there weren’t any real bumps during the day. Although during the Hora, Michelle slid off her chair, but it was okay. They put her right back up there and carried on, literally. The energy from their friends and family was infectious. We had a great time all night.

I had such a fun time this weekend getting to know my neighbors by partnering with my complex to do headshot minis. They are all incredibly talented, intelligent, and kind people. All of their LinkedIn photos are going to look SO GOOD!

It may have been cold, I may have tripped a few times, but every second was worth it because I got to take pictures of one of the cutest couples in the world. Matt & Claire! I had so much fun getting to know them last night.

Claire is a fellow Swifty, and Matt likes alternative music. You can see how we connected so well. Those are my two genres. On top of that, Matt and Claire are just so kind-hearted. I love my couples so much.

We used Hoboken, New Jersey for our backdrop and it was gorgeous. What a view at Matt's alma matter at Stevens Institute of Technology! And of course we had to take some pictures on the coble stone street.

By spending some time with them, you just know that the love they share is beautiful and deep. It's like they are already married. So when June comes around, these two soulmates already have the hard part down. Matt & Claire, I hope you two enjoy these sneak peeks. :) So much more is to come!!
