The Riverside Log Home is in a idyllic setting. It reminded me of what I think of as that great Michigan setting. The cabin was as described. very nice host. We had a peaceful enjoyable weekend stay.

We still have open weekends/weeks for those looking for a place to stay in the St. Joseph county area of southern Michigan this summer and have started booking for 2023. This is for Riverside Log Home, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath Log Home sits overlooking the Prairie River And is a great spot to just getaway in relax or if you are in need of a place to stay in the area. We had our wedding here this past weekend and it was perfect. All of our guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was. I had lots of questions leading up to the wedding and the owners were always extremely helpful and responsive.

This incredible outdoor wedding venue is available to purchase !! Pat and Pat John Pierucki are retiring after the 2022 wedding season. We have 1 Saturday still available, which is August 13, 2022.
We are not accepting bookings for 2023.
If you know of anyone who would be interested in this property have them contact us. It could be used for so many business possibilities or simply as a very private beautiful place to raise a family.

I was skeptical driving up to middle-of-nowhere Michigan for a wedding, but I couldn't have been more impressed! This place was a little hidden paradise. The grounds are gorgeous and meticulously manicured, and the staff seemed extremely helpful and accommodating while somehow also staying nearly invisible. The whole time it felt like we were at some fancy private resort. Definitely one of the better weddings I've been to!

Outdoor public gatherings as of March 1st 2021. Outdoor public gatherings are now allowed with up to 300 people. Everyone at these gatherings must wear a facemask at all times, unless they’re eating or drinking while seated in a designated area. No more than six people can be seated in one of those groups while eating or drinking. Groups have to be six feet apart and can not intermingle while eating or drinking. Please contact us if you would like additional information.
We are hopeful and praying that with more people being vaccinated that the restrictions will improve.

Absolutely breathtaking!!! We used this venue for our September 2020 wedding. Everything from the start of the day just ran smoothly. John was very accommodating from start to finish. The scenery for every single part of our day was stunning. Everything from the gorgeous waterfalls, beautiful landscaping, and the river that runs alongside the venue. Our pictures will be absolutely perfect. Money well spent.
