Here is a brief history of Trifles!
I have been in business for 42 years starting as a tea room in Chagrin in 1979. My first of three locations was with 3 tables in a hallway of an antique gallery with my kitchen in a furnace room. I cooked the food and waited on the tables. It was a one lady show! After three locations It grew into a full service restaurant and catering business.
The Chagrin community has supported me and has kept the name and reputation of Trifles alive and well. We specialize in all types of social catering. Now we have a full line of frozen food, ca creative carry out menu and a gluten free cookbook authored by my daughter Kara and myself.
Now in my dotage, Trifles Catering thrives under the care of my son Kris and another strong woman, his wife Jean Ann. It is truly a family business that I hope I can oversee for a long time. The artist in me still has much to give
