Say ‘I do’ with the Rio Chama right behind you. There is something spiritual about it!
Looking to get married in mid-May to early-June? This may not be the best location, as we are in peak run off season. The water will be close to the tip top of the bank, will be the color of chocolate milk, and very loud! Many have still chosen this site, despite the run off, and of course it is still beautiful.

One major concern new couples have is lodging- does the little town of Chama have enough space for my group? YES! There are lots of great lodging options, ranging from roadside motels to boutique hotels to vacation rentals. Check out our preferred lodging page on the website for more info. Vacation Rentals are a big hit with wedding parties and guests. Check out for some inspiration!
