Hi everyone,
Royce and Raiyah are selling certificates for oven-ready (frozen) Monical’s Pizza for their youth group at church. The certificates are $10 each and they are redeemable for a 12” cheese, sausage, or pepperoni pizza. You can redeem them anytime at participating locations. They never expire!

Good morning beautiful people,

I wanted to send out a message that I will not be fully available April-May. My due date is May 11th. I have decided to take on a couple orders in early April and zero in May until I have the baby.

April set ups I can safely do would be pillars and my larger arch. They are basically drop and go’s. Helium for pickup will remain available through April and May.

So this past March I made the biggest mistake of my business ever! I was hired to balloons for a first birthday party. Everything went smoothly. Communication was great, sent invoice and payment was made. The mistake comes in because I had the wrong date on the invoice and therefore my schedule. I missed the party. I felt so bad. The party location was 2 hours away so there was no way for me to get there on time to do it.
I was so apologetic I felt awful. Felt like I ruined the party 😢. I refunded my client and also told her to please let me know when she needs balloons I will do them for free. Well the time came and I was able to redeem myself. I truly appreciate my client being understanding and forgiving and even trusting me enough to try again. There are times where working for free is worth every penny and mile and this was one of those times. I know I can never make up for my original mistake but showing the client that I am truly sorry and wanted to make it up to them I think goes a long way.
