F**K Choice Home Warranty .
I called to make my claim (my AC is down) 6 weeks ago (first week of may)
They sent their tech (I won't name the tech, as I didn't know the tech to begin with.) 2 weeks later they scheduled but I had him show up a week early)
Tech tested NOTHING at all Didn't even bring gauges. Just looked at my compressor, and my furnace, noted it was an old R22 system and said I would need a new system.
After not hearing a thing for 10 days I hit them up and they claimed the tech hadn't given them info. I contacted him, and he said he had done so in the correct system and that he did it in the wrong one (wtf does that even mean??). I hit him up again, he said he had on both their systems now.
Then I got a claim DENIAL two days ago.
Today:
THEY claim he said "here is the issue" and some bu****it about a blocked line (again, never tested it), which they claim isn't normal wear and tear (how would it get blocked unless something failed, ergo the word WARRANTY????)
HE claims that is not what he said (he holds that he said the system needs to be replaced as there is likely a leak but it's R22 and cannot be "repaired" or refilled or whatever it is.
I called them and they won't send out another tech, didn't listen about #3 at all, and basically told me to f**k off and my claim isn't covered
I have now called their number 15 times (NOT an exaggeration). That's on top of the multipe "call backs" I've gotten because they keep routing me to a system for a callback.
Each time I get "routed" to a menu for a callback, and when i get called back, magically it's not anyone who can help me, so they put me on hold, and I'm AGAIN forced to enter my number for a callback. It just goes round and round.
I have cancelled the credit card (reported lost/stolen) so they won't see any more money from me and I look forward to them attempting to sue me. I'll stand up in court and tell them they are f**king lying pieces of s**t.
I would recommend ANYONE considering this s**tbag company to reconsider. I f**king despise crooks and they are crooks. I now note that they have had multiple lawsuits. They are considered ont of the "big" one's in our nation, so why are they allowed to get away with this s**t? I'll tell you why - because President Joe Biden Donald J. Trump and the rest of our government are too busy with wars, and corporate tax breaks, and all this division, to actually HELP THE PEOPLE. That said, it doesn't solve todays issue.
This is one of those "and people wonder why people snap" Because GOOD people are sick and f**king tired of being f**ked around by THIEVING LYING SH*TBAGS.
