The Ashley Castle Wedding Planning Process

Wedding planning is a breeze thanks to our expert team at The Ashley Castle. From the moment you say “Yes!” to the big day itself, we've got you every step of the way.

It all begins with a consultation and venue tour that sets the stage for your special day. Our team will guide you through the beautiful Castle and gardens, helping you envision your perfect celebration.

After booking, a Welcome Meeting awaits you 2-4 weeks later, where we uncover your wishes and preferences.

Approximately 4 months before your wedding date, our Design Meeting brings your vision to life on paper, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned.

As the big day approaches, a Floral Meeting with our talented designer takes place about 3 months prior, adding a touch of floral elegance to your event.

Next, indulge in scheduled dinner tastings, sampling delectable dishes that will delight your guests.

Our Final Meeting, 30 days before the wedding, ties up any loose ends, leaving you free to embrace the excitement of your upcoming celebration. At The Castle, our dedicated team is by your side, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable journey to "I do."

And finally, the moment you've been waiting for - your special day at The Ashley Castle. Relax, soak in the love, and let us take care of the rest.
