As we celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary, we thought it would be fun to share Beth's note on Tony's sophomore yearbook from a few months after we met. "Tony, I HATE writing stuff like this! But, well... you're a special friend so I guess I'll suffer through this. Remember that day at Shelly Lake where we first met?! My god was Slayde ticked at me for giving you his keys. Oh well, it was worth it. (You have nice legs!) You better keep in close touch with me while I'm gone. It's friends like you that make it so hard to leave and I'll need to hear from you when I'm feeling sad and lonely. I mean it, Tony. You mean a whole lot to me. You're just about the sweetest person I know and I'm VERY glad that we've become so close. (You better not act like a wienie while I'm gone 'cuz there won't be anyone to keep you in line!) Oh well, I guess I'm out of space but don't be mad at me for writing on a small page because I did it on account of the page number {p. 33}. (Three means I love ya!) Ciao! love, Bethy"

This beautiful armoire was inherited from a dear friend Lillian from Hartley -Wintney, England. She is the namesake of my youngest daughter, Lily Grace. How wonderful to capture images of so many gorgeous gowns on this sentimental piece. The photos make me think of my sweet friend every time.

Nicole & Cameron, initially scheduled to be wed in the height of the pandemic, chose to celebrate with a small intimate family gathering. A year later they had the celebration they had originally dreamed of with all their friends and loved ones, again at Old Lystra! The most special touch? They aired the video of their wedding day at the reception. Not only was this a treat for their guests, but it was the very first time the couple viewed the film as well. Hardly a dry eye!
