It’s Sunday at Noon est and that means it’s time to announce the next band that’s playing Mom’s Basement Fest! Last year we did a Ramones cover set to close out Friday and it went so well, that we decided to make it a tradition, this time around we have the Rockaway Beach Boys doing the honors. If you’re not familiar with the Rockaway Beach Boys that’s bc they’ve only played 5 shows over the past decade. All of which were in the Baltimore area. We should also mention that it’s the Beatnik Termites! So if you love the Ramones or love The Beach Boys then get ready to move your feet to the beat of your favorite classic Ramones tunes played at the grooving tempo that the Ramones originally recorded them with the added layered barbershop style harmonies accentuated by soaring falsetto. We cannot wait for this set!

It’s close enough to 12:00 pm est (we have stuff to do today, so we’re running with it) so that means it’s time to announce the next band that will be playing this years Mom's Basement Fest . We are so excited to have 41 Gorgeous Blocks returning this year. They absolutely blew everyone away last year, so we had to ask them back. They are coming all the way from Texas and Philly to play our festival so if you missed them last year, don’t do yourself another disservice by missing them again this year. We still have a few more band announcements coming so keep an eye out on our social media pages.
