"Daniel Island Lost Treasures" is set to enhance The Daniel Island Annual Concert in the Park on Saturday, May 11, offering a unique experience for attendees.
Players will embark on an exciting treasure hunt, using an iPhone app to navigate the park and locate hidden boxes. Each box is unlocked using the hidden keys and the Magical Orb (our in-app scanner), revealing virtual coins and badges. The game integrates advanced tech and sensors, elevating the excitement with interactive challenges and riddles. However, players can choose to skip these puzzles and proceed directly to the next box, ensuring the game is enjoyable for all ages. Participants can start their adventure anytime between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM, with the experience lasting approximately one hour. Additionally, players can use their accumulated virtual coins to redeem real prizes, such as stickers, coins, and gems, at our stand in the park.

Bark in the Park 2023 makes a tail-wagging return Oct. 21, 2023 in a canine spectacular on Daniel Island! All dogs (and their owners) are cordially invited to the 3rd Annual Bark in the Park festival on Daniel Island's Waterfront Park Saturday Oct. 21 from 10 am to 2 pm presented by The Daniel Island News.

Make friends fur-ever as the free fun-filled family festival will feature dog demonstrations, pet vendors, contests, great food, animal adoptions and a lively DJ with tunes to keep the paw-ty going strong on the scenic banks of the Wando River.
