The EIU Choir will be performing alongside the Orchestra as well. They will be featuring works by Mozart, Dvorak, Handel, and Kurnat.🎻

EIU Choral Students have landed in New York City where they will spend the weekend rehearsing music by celebrated choral composer Eric Whitacre and perform in Lincoln Center on Monday!

They are led by Dr. Howard Eckdahl, Director of Choral Activities, and will have an exciting weekend performing wonderful music while enjoying the sights of the city.

Join us in the Recital Hall next Tuesday, April 8th for a flute and percussion recital. Jennifer Grim and Svet Stoyanov will be performing a show they dubbed Solidaire. Solidaire was inspired by the isolation in 2020 and celebrates human creativity, resilience, equity, and connection. Come out and see this wonderful performance April 8th!
