I loved being a part of such a fun reception last night. We catered for 100 of the nicest guest and sweetest couple. And the venue was the coolest outdoor "shed" on Sullivan's Island. I always hate trying to capture pictures on my phone because I am not even close to being good at that but I loved everything about her party.

Her menu- Shrimp and Grits, Low country Crab Cakes, Pimento Cheese Crustini, Chicken Salad Crossiants, Fruit Display, Cheese and Antipasto Display with a Lemonade and Iced Tea Beverage Station.

Pimento Cheese Phyllo Cups, Cucumber and Dill Tea Sandwich, Roast Beef on Ciabatta with Horseradish Cream Cheese Spread, Chicken Salad Mini Crossiant, Artisian Cheese Tray, and Fruit.

Ever wanting a Dip that is all in one, with no need for crackers or veggies to dip it into..

One of our new Staples on our Catering Menu.. Crunchy Chedder Cheese Baked Croutons Tossed in Cheddar Cheese, Bacon,and Creamy Ranch.

It's so much fun served alone as an all in one dip with no need to be served on anything, but also delicious served with an accompant of your choice.

Y'all, it's so delicious. Delicious on fried Green Tomatoes, Crostini, And even Stuffed Mushrooms!

Loved this menu for a Folly Beach Wedding.. Cheeseburger Sliders, Seasoned Fries served in Chinese Boxes with Bleu Cheese Drizzle, Shrimp and Grits served in Martini Glasses, Mashed Potato Bar and much more. Simply love doing individual servings of our menu items to make it easy for guest to eat when they want and still mingle. .

Nostalgic and Vintage is everything this wedding was this evening. It's everything this couple is. If I had two words to describe, I will simply say Park Circle in Beautiful North Charleston. And if I had to have picked a venue for this couple, I would have said do it at your home in Park Circle, However, I didn't. They came to me with exactly what they wanted at thier precious home. This couple radiated everything about who they are with thier Wedding. And my cheecks hurt from smiling so much. It was the sweetest most intmate Wedding with 50 of thier amazing friends and even more amazing family. It's not everyday I get to be a part of a wedding at a completely different space and I would not have changed one bit of what they did. I will however have to leave pictures to follow from the photographer as in no way could I have ever grasped the joy and everything with my untrained camera eye! I'm all the better for having met them and so happy I was a part of thier day.
