RACE DAY!!

We’re ready for you guys! The Inaugural Illini Winter Challenge is swinging the doors open in 1 hour and 30 min.

In less than 48 hours the doors will be open for the Inaugural Illini Winter Challenge presented by VP Racing Fuels. We’re excited to see everyone and can’t wait for someone to be crowned a winner.

Doors open at 1 p.m. with open time runs until 4 p.m. when our $1500 to win Pro Tree Shootout starts. $50 per entry(2 max)limited to 64 total entries. After the Pro Tree Shootout is over we will start the Kids Shootout. $10 per entry(2 max) with a $5 buyback. This is 100% payback with an extra $200 kicked in.

Then it’s time for the $2000 to win MAIN EVENT, $30 entry($100 when you buy the max 4 entries). Bottom bulb kept separate until 1 where the winner gets a free weekend entry to Final Call Promotions No Delay Nationals.

⏱️REMINDER/IMPORTANT INFO⏱️

1.) You can buy your entries any way you would like. You just can’t have more than 4 entries in the Main event.
Example, 3 in bottom bulb & 1 in top bulb. 2 in bottom & 2 in top etc.

2.) Doors will be open at 1 p.m. At that point we will have registration open. You will be able to enter the Main Event & Kids race at that time. We messed up and didn’t take the Pro Tree Shootout entries ahead of time. At 3 p.m. we will call everyone up and start taking the Pro Tree shootout entries. (Sorry we’re new😁)

3.) Rollout will be set to .001. Bottom bulb may not exceed .450 total delay.

4.) When you come in the doors at the Leigon building, you will go left and through the doors. Registration will be on your right. You will write down your name and # of entries, pay, then we will hand you a raffle ticket for all of our giveaways(Will be drawn after first round). Open practice from 1-3:30p.m. We ask that you make 5 hits and get up and let the person behind go. If you made them all in the left, you can get up and go to the back of the line for the right side.

As seen on our flyer, we will be utilizing the Pro Pairings software to run our event. This allows us to keep the flow of the race going and keep everyone alert/aware of who’s next up. Did you know that Pro Pairings has a mobile app for you guys to use so you know when you’re up next? It’s just another perk of using them for our program. They have an app for Apples App Store and the Google Play store.

As you come in to our event, the first place you will hit will be registration. You will tell us how many entries you want and we will put it into the computer. Then when first round is done we will take everyone for buybacks and start handing out our giveaways. Once all buybacks are taken we will head into round 2. Any questions feel free to message us and we can answer them for you.

Warm-up your thumbs! The Inaugural Dead On Promotions Illini Practice Tree Race presented by VP Racing Fuels is coming up soon on February 3, 2024 at the Legion Post 88 Building in Mattoon, Illinois. The event will feature a $2,000 Main Event, $1,500 Pro Tree Shootout, and a 100% payback Kids Shootout!

Bottom Bulb racers are also invited in on the fun and will be kept separate in the main event until 1 remains. The bottom bulb winner will receive a FREE entry to the 2024 Final Call Promotions Bernie Mann Memorial No Delay Nationals and will continue to the main event!
