Reflecting on an unforgettable Happier Hours hosted at Festival Hall this past January, thanks to the incredible vision of The Drop In . This event was a beautiful blend of movement, music, and community, creating a space filled with joy and connection. 🎉

We’re still feeling all the feels from the energy, laughter, and connections that illuminated Festival Hall, showcasing the event’s remarkable impact. 🥰 With an extraordinary performance by Mary Lambert and a communal dance and movement experience led by FORWARD-Space, , , it was an event infused with community we’ll never forget.

We were thrilled to host the Colour of Music Festival last month—the largest Black classical musicians’ festival in the world. Our venue was filled with the melodies and harmonies of centuries-old compositions alongside modern masterpieces, all in honor of Black History Month.

We are disappointed to report that the promoter for the Charleston Winter Wine Festival has cancelled the Saturday, January 27 event due to liquor license issues.

The promoter can roll your ticket over to the Spring Wine Fest on Saturday, March 30th at the Citadel or they can offer a full refund.

Please reach out to [email protected] with your confirmation number and preference.

If you don't reach out to Big Tickets by Wednesday, you will automatically get a refund.

Memminger Auditorium is available for rent throughout the year for any conference, meeting, performance, special event, wedding or any experience!

Memminger Auditorium has the infrastructure of a classic theater, making it a uniquely accessible and transformative space for any occasion. The main room, a 10,000 square foot space equipped with an extensive catwalk system and theatrical lighting, features movable air walls, which provide the opportunity to create various spaces within. An attached back-of-house area can be easily outfitted by diverse food-and-beverage operations, and six side rooms can be utilized as green rooms, safe-storage, or behind-the-scenes sites for stylists and designers alike.

With stately columns framing its doors, Memminger Auditorium makes a striking first impression within historic Charleston, South Carolina's landscape. Nestled in downtown’s Harleston Village neighborhood—easily walkable from some of the city’s premier hotels and restaurants. Built in 1939 and renovated in 2008, the structure was redesigned with versatility in mind.
