Foam at the Dome 2024 presented by Old Colony REALTORS was one for the record books! For the first time, the event was SOLD OUT, and that was made possible by so many partners, volunteers, vendors, and of course each and every attendee. Lowell is a West Virginia native and a graduate of the University of Charleston. He has always had a passion for homes and helping others, so while earning his degree in Business, he also obtained his real estate license.
