Hey Fed Ups! This week we have...
Well, today... HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US! I can't believe it's been so long! On this day 20 years ago, we both got off work, our current jobs were at Gilligan's in Moncks Corner, then we took off to Park Circle bars to party the night away!
7 years later, we got married on this exact same day! Oh my goodness, it was the hottest day of our lives! Us being us, we made all our own food, with the help of family, of course and partied that night away! Oh, the stories that can be told. Lol
Now, a few grown kids and 1 not so grown, just yet. We are still running long and strong together, operating the hell out of our little business!
Can't wait to see what the future has in store. ❤️ Cheers to many more happy memories and nights of partying (easily, partying now that we are getting older). 😂🤣

This Week:
We have some pretty awesome Fireworks shows going on! Check it out !
🎆On the 4th we have a double setup:
Pop Up on the USS Yorktown in Mount Pleasant (This is a ticketed event)
& Gahagan Park Firework in Summerville starts at 5:30
🎆Then on the 6th you can find us with tons of other tasty trucks and treats and the YMCA of Canebay for their Firework and Fun starts at 3:30! Come find us!

☀️Alright guys!!! New Week, New Location! This weekend we are heading out of town. Sorry to our local Fed Ups and don't fret we will be back next week to help you get your fix! Plus, we have a bunch of fun stuff coming up! So stay tuned.
☀️So, without further ado, give the Boys some big prayers/high fives to see them off or if you see them out in that Alabama Speedway heat! I don't know if it's like Charleston or not, but some of the crew... (It's me, Becky, the one who's always trying to entertain your social feeds) decided it was best to hang out at home by the POOL😂🤣 with our "World Cutest Genius" this round! In the famous words of Dark Helmet: HOT, Too Hoooottttttt! for that little guy!
☀️So that puts the boys out there serving up all our delicious Smoked Chicken and Plump Shrimp Bowls, Nachos and Tacos!
☀️No Shredded Pig this round, but if you know us (or want to get to know us) we are still going to have a huge menu with our big layers of flavor! Come get some!!! Come get Fed Up!

Alright guys! It's the big week! We've only been waiting for this moment, for like, ummm... EVER!!! Unfortunately, though with all these responsibilities to try to get Fed Up Truck 2 up and rolling quickly we will have limited shows.
BUT...
West Ashley peeps we will be over at Shadowmoss Club House for dinner on Friday.
AND!!!
We HAVE our favorite Challenge coming up Sunday !! If you haven't been, this is a must attend! We had such a blast last year, making new friends and taking home the 🏆 🏆 🏆! We made a crazy stuffed Fresh Spring Roll, full of Crab Salad and Wasabi Guac, Fresh Veggies and our Ponzu style Dipping Sauce! It was a pretty little show stopper! Whether we bring home the prize again or not. We are so stoked to be a part of this good time! People loved watching us make them and asking questions! Can't wait to do it all again!🥰

Alright, Fed Up Fam, the time has come, we have been working so hard to get all the rigmarole, paperwork, inspections, yada yada yada... in place... But... Finally...
In 1 WEEK all the way to Columbia, Tennessee we go! To pick up the new and improved Fed Up Truck... Trailer. 🤣 Sorry guys we don't trust the driveable type and for good reason! We've seen too many good people out of commission because of those type of food trucks.
Most of you know we've spent these past 2 and some change years working very hard to deliver fun, flavorful eats to you guys! Well, we will now have our WHOLE KITCHEN on WHEELS! We can never sell out!!! Bahahaha! Stop it, Mike! Moving on...
And it's going to be spacious compared to our tiny little Fed Up! Kobe won't have to hit his head anymore!🤣 We are so excited to bring a lot of new flavors and unique items to you!

Y'all!!! What are the chances of this... Driving all day and picking a random historical hotel to spend the night. Only to find out it is owned by a hospitality group from Charleston, SC (our home base) and haunted by a woman that supposedly hates men that smoke. Al Capone had to stay in said room for a short while during his federal trial. We walked by the famous Room 311! The vibe was definitely there. So much history. Such a beautiful hotel. EXCELLENT customer service! We love making last minute arrangements and seeing where we end up! @readhousehotel is a great experience! What an amazing day yesterday at @patriots_point upon the USS Yorktown! The best part of having your own business is the kids can be involved. This is really life experience, no matter how crazy they get🤣 and I am so proud of my children. They are getting these real life experiences traveling with us and we wouldn't have it any other way. What you don't see is the indigenous teenage male that hides from the camera, but he worked so hard and I am so proud of the young man he is becoming.
