FIRST THINGS FIRSTâŚ
hereâs exactly what I would do today if I were just getting started on planning a bach party
1ď¸âŁ meet with the bride + discuss HER top priorities for the weekend â all your decisions will be based around this! if you have a destination, thatâs great; if not, discussing her priorities will help you decide on a destination + you can go from there
2ď¸âŁ create a central place for all your info to live â I always use my templates for this + if you have the Bach Party Playbook you know those cover everything, but if you want to use something else, thatâs great too! make it easy on yourself so the girls donât have to text you for everything â this is where theyâll find the budget, itinerary, packing info, etc etc etc
3ď¸âŁ send your invite text â Iâve covered this in previous reels and will do a deep dive on this next week, but give the girls the info they need to make an informed decision! this will cut down on drama and drop-outs
đđź want my entire step-by-step process that Iâve used for 8 years as a bach party planner?
comment SECRETS + Iâll send you the link!
stay tuned for more Bach Party Academy next week đ

taking yâall behind the scenesâŚ
{TL;DR: seven years of experience + saving YOU money + time is money baby = how I got to the Playbook price}
last week I asked whatâs stopping you from grabbing the Playbook and a few people said âmoneyâ so letâs talk about itâŚ
I love being an open book when it comes to business things because a) running a business is HARD and b) I never want anyone to think that I came up with a price out of nowhere
the Playbook (and all the bonuses inside) is something Iâm SO proud of but it was also a ton of work and truly contains so much value, which is why itâs priced the way it is đ
and ultimately what I LOVE to do is chat with girls like you about how you can make your bestieâs bachelorette party soo special and amazingâŚ
and the Playbook (and this account!) has helped to expand my reach SO much and itâs just been the best to be able to help girls planning beyond Charleston
if you are someone who values your time + experience, and youâre willing to invest in that, then the Playbook is for you!
I hope this transparency helps + if you have questions, as always, send me a message!
(PS: comment SECRETS for the link to the Playbook!)

and now theyâll just be asking you what the plan is all weekend đ

HOW SHE DID IT â¨
Tori messaged me in early February saying that she was planning her bestieâs bach party and while they already had the Airbnb⌠she wasnât sure where to go from there, and she was feeling a little overwhelmed.. and sheâd also just started a new job!
I said giiiiiirl no worries, we got this! planning a bachelorette does NOT need to be this crazy thing where you spend a ton and are constantly fielding opinions from the rest of the group
so hereâs what she did:
âĄď¸ she sat down + had a chat with the bride about *exactly* the bride wanted to do during the weekend
âĄď¸she created a central place to keep ALL the weekendâs info, so the girls could find it at any time
âĄď¸she sent a budget + super loose itinerary to the girls to make sure everyone was on the same page
âĄď¸she said hell nah to any girls trying to override the priorities of the bride
she had never planned a bach weekend before and suddenly, she was the bach party queen!
when you have your process dialed in, and you know exactly what the next step is.. planning a big weekend like this can be sooo straightforward! yes, youâll absolutely still need to put in some work â but youâll know youâre on the right track and youâll be able to skip soo much of the guesswork that can come from social media overwhelm + way too many opinions
Iâm teaching EXACTLY HOW you can do this too + give the bride the weekend she deserves in my Bach Party Playbook (that I created based on seven years of working with over 300 bachelorette groups)
so many busy planning girlies have told me that it was a game-changer for them and worth waaay more than spending hours scrolling online to see what needs to be done
and you can start as a total newbie! Iâll teach you how to get organized, communicate easily with the rest of the group, figure out your priorities + say f*ck the rest, and arrive to your weekend able to focus on whatâs most important: celebrating the bride + enjoy
unpopular opinionâŚ
youâre planning a trip for the group â as long as youâre sticking to the budget that you promised, they should be happy that they just get to show up đ
however! as the planner of the group, you DO have a responsibility to establish a budget and expectations BEFORE YOUR GROUP COMMITS. let them know what theyâre saying yes to!
the one time that I DO understand girls backing out at the last minute is when they were never told a budget or plans and suddenly theyâre involved in a $5000 weekend that they werenât anticipating đ¤ˇđźââď¸
but as the planner, if you did communicate clearly⌠then itâs on the other girls to stick to their commitments (and they should, if you set yourself up for success!)
my Bach Party Playbook goes deep on this issue! it comes up SO OFTEN when Iâm chatting with girls about their planning and ugh I just hate it â like can we all just focus on celebrating our girl?
comment TEXT for the exact message I recommend you send to the girls to get a SOLID yes from them!
and if you have thoughts on this⌠let me know!

HEREâS HOW:
(but first, save this post + send to a friend whoâs planning a bachelorette party!)
if any of the below sound like youâŚ
âĄď¸youâre a busy gal who has SO many ideas for her bestieâs bach (or your own!) + just want to make it perfectâŚ
âĄď¸ but youâre a little worried about planning a trip for a big group of girls (who you might not even know)âŚ
âĄď¸ and maybe youâre concerned about how youâre going to manage payments and donât feel like you should have to front money for anyone (and you canât afford to spend a million dollars on this)âŚ
âĄď¸but ultimately all you want is to make sure the weekend is PERFECTâŚ
then youâre in the right place!
since 2017, Iâve been working with girls planning their bestieâs dream bachelorette parties â from decor to itineraries, Iâve seen it all đ
and during EVERY conversation with clients, I hear the same things over and over againâŚ
so now Iâm sharing my bach party process that Iâve put together after working with over 300 bach groups so you can skip the guesswork + go straight to the best weekend ever!
think of it as your bach party planning cheat codes đ
but first, a few key tips:
1. STAY ORGANIZED: track everything!
2. THINK AHEAD: no one wants to walk into their big weekend and realize they forgot to think of some big details
3. COMMUNICATE: have one centralized place that the group can find EVERYTHING
4. RELAX: if youâve planned ahead + communicated with your group, youâll be able to actually relax and enjoy your weekend away!
rather than being on your phone all weekend, trying to coordinate last-minute details⌠take some extra time to get organized up front and youâll be able to focus on celebrating your bride + being with your group đ
⨠in Bach Party 101, youâll get instant lifetime access to my entire process + the spreadsheet templates that Iâve used to stay organized (and paid back on time!) with every bach
whether you
this was the best thing I did while planning my sisterâs dream bach weekendâŚ
(but first, send to a friend whoâs planning a bach party or save this post if thatâs you!)
when I was planning my sisterâs bach party, I totally couldâve gotten overwhelmed by ALL the things that I had to plan, and especially all the things I saw online that I felt like I needed to book and pay forâŚ
but once I zoned in on my priorities for her weekend (taking into account what SHE wanted)âŚ
then I had the best time ever making her dream weekend happen!
the takeaway?
at the beginning of your planning (or whenever, if youâve already started!), choose your priorities for the weekend, focus on those, and donât worry too much about the rest!
for exampleâŚ
for my sisterâs bach party, she and I discussed that we definitely wanted to do a boat day, a big brunch, and a night out. I booked those before I did *anything* else, and then the rest of the weekend was built around those big activities.
this was also SO helpful with budget, because the girls knew those were our splurges, and I kept everything else pretty lowkey (pizza at the house, tacos one night for dinner, etc). I also didnât go crazy on favors for the girls because I knew that just wasnât a necessity for me! instead, I covered the cost of tees and then put some of my personal budget towards getting more groceries for the house.
if youâre planning your bestieâs bach party right now, whether youâre in the beginning stages or towards the end, I highly recommend that you sit down + get organized, and think about whatâs most important to you + your bride for the weekend youâre planning!
and if you really want to be the hero of the weekendâŚ
my bach party planning 101 guide goes through ALL the things you need to know to plan your bestieâs dream bachelorette, including the spreadsheet templates I used to stay organized (and avoid miscommunications with the girls)!
itâs like having a
UNPOPULAR OPINION:
planning your bestieâs perfect bach weekend doesnât have to be hard đŤśđ˝
(psst: send to a friend whoâs planning a bach party or follow along if thatâs you!) đ
so often I talk to girls who feel overwhelmed planning a big weekend for a bunch of girls that they might not even know and who definitely all have *lots* of opinions⌠when all they really want is to make sure the bride is going to be able to create amazing memories and feel SO special
making reservations for a big group, figuring out decor + gifts for the girls, finding accommodations, staying in budget..
plus wading through a million ideas online and feeling like you have to spend thousands to make it all perfectâŚ
it can be rough!
luckily for you Iâve worked with over 300 bachelorette groups to plan their best weekends ever + I loveeee sharing all my secrets
and ultimately I want YOU to have an amazing weekend AND feel like youâve spoiled the bride, because she deserves it! and it can be so easy if you get organized + focus on handling as many details as possible in advance
in my Bach Party Planning 101 Guide, I take you through my entire bachelorette party blueprint, so you can confidently communicate with your group, spend money where it matters, and know that youâve done everything you need to do to ensure the best weekend ever for your bestie
in the guide I spill all my tricks for getting super prepared ahead of your weekend so that you can kick back + relax while youâre on the trip â and Iâll also teach you to choose YOUR GROUPâs priorities so you donât waste money on things that just arenât necessary for a great weekend
