Outstanding Occasions by Dell was introduced with a formal Grand Opening in May of 2002 at the Chamber of Commerce with a fashion show and local vendors. Dell has since served as Planner and Host for several annual events in the city of Charleston, including the infamous All White Affair and an Annual Christmas Party for the past seven years, and the All Black Affair f

or the past four years each with at least 500 guests in attendance. He has also served Brides and Grooms in planning their big day at venues such as The Francis Marion Hotel, The Charleston Convention Center, The Charleston Place Hotel, Embassy Suites in Historic Charleston, Coosaw Creek, Alhambra Hall, Omar Shrine Temple and a number of churches throughout the low country.
