Feeding souls is my pleasure!

Last week was busy. But while my feet are propped up and I’m recuperating, here’s what I was able to capture when I could remember to snag a photo. 📸 Forgot to get a picture of my hubby who helped me on the last event. He’s such a lifesaver! I’m so grateful!

There may only be one picture of each item but believe me when I say the pans were numerous!!!
20 butterball turkey breasts
80 pounds of Yukon gold potatoes cut and mashed by hand (I need to get my life)
16 pounds of macaroni and cheese
84 pounds of sweet potatoes (also prepared by hand)
75 pounds of green beans
200 rolls (right from the store 🙃)
Reserves from all of the turkey’s to make scratch-made gravy
120 bowls of fruit
120 bowls of pasta salad
60 chicken salad sandwiches prepared and wrapped by hand
60 pimento cheese sandwiches prepared and wrapped by hand
