We were thrilled to contribute to ’ French-inspired vision in support of at the 45th Annual Telfair Ball, Le Printemps en Provence. The event featured an elegant space reminiscent of a Parisian courtyard and a captivating koi pond in the dining room. The evening wrapped with an auction that raised meaningful funds for the museum’s mission 🏛️

With the close of Carnival season, we’re looking back at ! 🎭⚜️ In February of 2019, we took over an empty warehouse on Huger Street (now ) and turned it into a full-blown Mardi Gras party. brought our vision to life, building a custom wooden float to house the food stations and specialty cocktail bars. A horn band set the tone, and the flavors of the Big Easy took center stage. We served escargot en croute, duck boudin, whole smoked gator, and blackened BBQ shrimp. Meanwhile, Cafe “Cru” Monde turned out fresh beignets and pralines to order. Guests also enjoyed cajun classics like muffulettas, crawfish boil, lobster gumbo, fresh oysters, while balloon tethered trays kept the hors d’oeuvres in motion.
kept the drinks flowing with classics like French 75, Hurricane, and Krewe Gin Fizz, plus our own specialty Cajun Martini and Carnival Ride. 🍸🍹

This event was all about celebrating the incredible vendors who work so hard to bring events to life.
